ENHANCING PARKING & TRANSPORTATION A guiding tenant in the transportation planning for this Campus Master Plan has been to maximize the effective use of existing infrastructure capacity before committing to long-term investment in new transportation facilities or services. This approach is consistent with fiscal and social responsibility as well as environmental sustainability.
