Lady Diana grew up in the English Royal Family and was always a favorite among this circle of aristocracy. Early on, she showed a particular interest in music, dance and adored children. It is therefore no wonder that after Lady Diana completed her education in Switzerland she returned to London to became a kindergarden teacher. She often played with Prince Andrew and Prince Edward during her childhood but it was only in 1977 that she got the opportunity to get to know Prince Charles better. The latter is13 years old her senior and heir to the British throne. Being constantly on the spotlight, Prince Charles interest in Lady Diana soon enough became a hot topic for the media. The couple’s marriage in July 29th 1981 was live broadcasted and watched by millions of viewers throughout the world. Princess of Wales’ first born William came to the world a year later and followed by a second boy named Harry in 1984. Lady Diana life was filled with paparazzi and the life of a celebrity was too hard to bear as years passed. Adding to the stress was her husband’s infidelities and her health problems. The divorce was publicly announced in 1992 and only completed in 1996. Now, only a few days after the official completion of her separation, we have been graced by Lady Diana presence for an exclusive interview about her Dior handbag, her fashion style and her work with various humanitarian charities. Q. You have been seen lately with a black Dior handbag, would you tell our readers more about the ‘’Lady Dior’’? Yes, it was a gift by France First Lady Bernadette Chirac in 1995 and I now have it in many colors, it is my favorite. The handbag itself has been inspired by Napoleon III chair and the back of a chair owned by Louis XV. I love the way the DIOR letters hang in a charm from the handbag’s straps. Q. Many of our readers want to achieve the ‘’Lady Di ‘’ look, what would that personal fashion style proper to you be? I must admit that my favorite color is red and it is often reflected in my outfit choices. I think that the best way to achieve my look is by adopting the tailored skirt suit. Throughout the 80’s the shoulders of my tailored collar blazers were padded but now with the 90’s aestethic it follows the natural curve of the shoulder. I would also wear a dress underneath my blazer and add a minimal jewlery touch with a necklace. For more formal and glamourous events, I wear gowns and stylish hats. Q. You have a keen interest in humanitarian aid, can you tell us more about your work? I found myself looking for productive and meaningful occupation during the time I was married and overwhelemed with royal duties. I found my peace by helping and supporting various charities . These were mainly involved in helping homeless, HIV and AIDS diagnozed people and children in need.
