Emergent Writing
Pre-K
From coloring and drawing to pre-writing with capital and lowercase letters, students are given a strong early literacy foundation, preparing them for the rigors of elementary school and the years ahead.
Our emergent writing program eases young children through their first steps on their writing journeys. A wide variety of products help build prewriting and emergent writing skills in a developmentally appropriate way with engaging, hands-on, and play-based activities.
Activity Books
Our emergent writing workbooks help students learn literacy skills, and child-friendly language makes letter and number formation easy:
• Unique gray crayon stroke disappears when children trace over it
• Illustrations promote left-to-right directionality
• Social-emotional activities develop school readiness
• Color, number, and shape lessons develop crayon and pencil grip Teach children pre-writing and capital letters with My First School Book and then naturally progress into lowercase letters with My First Lowercase Book.
