As part of a roof to sewer solution for stormwater, we offer several on grade systems. These systems represent the new era of stormwater management in using both on grade and below grade products to fit the solution to the needs of each site. On grade solutions integrate very well with many other Best Management Practices (BMP) to maximize the performance of the green infrastructure on a site. For this reason, projects including on grade solutions generally have a great potential for receiving grant incentives. Whether the goal is to reuse water for irrigation, clean it of contaminants, or simply slow the rate of runoff to a sewer during a storm, a system can be customized to meet that goal. Individual systems combine components to provide retention, infiltration, or both through the selective use of porous pavement, stormwater harvesting cells, and bioswales.

Stormwater Harvesting - Porous Parking Stall

Our Stormwater Harvesting - Porous Parking Stall System can be customized to fit each individual site. Site topography must be engineered to slope toward the porous area to maximize the amount of runoff captured. The completed porous parking lot becomes a series of smaller systems, each the size of one parking stall that combine to make the overall system. The result is simple, cost effective, and scalabale to include as many parking stalls as desired. The components of the system are as follows:

[HG 7600] Filtration & Pump for recycled drip irrigation system (drip irrigation & controller not included) [HG 5500] Porous Pavement [OTHERS] Leveling Base [HG 3720] Semi-Intensive Filter Fleece [HG 7300] Stormwater Harvesting Cells [HG 7240] 40 Mil Reinforced Polyethylene Liner [HG 3320] Semi-Intensive Protective Fleece [OTHERS] Sand Base

TECHNICAL DATA System Type: • Recycled / Infiltration / On-Grade

Recycled Irrigation Maximum Run Time: • 4 hours & 10 minutes *Based on 1000 ft2 of drip irrigation when Stormwater cells are at capacity

Parking Stall Dimensions (L x W): • 18’ x 8’6” Parking Stall Area: • 153 ft2

Maintenance Requirements: • Minimum bi-annual porous vacuuming • General irrigation / pump servicing

System Depth: • 7’ Water Storage Capacity: • 7,443 gallons Refer to specific product datasheets for material information HG 2610 05/18

Stormwater Infiltration - Porous Perimeter

Our Stormwater Infiltration - Porous Perimeter System can be customized to fit each individual site. Site topography must be engineered to slope toward the porous area to maximize the amount of runoff captured. The completed porous perimeter becomes a series of smaller systems, each occupying a 10’ x 10’ “lot” along a building’s perimeter that combine to make the overall system. The system is simple, cost effective, and scalable to include as many lineal feet or “lots” as desired. The components of the system are as follows:

[HG 7110] Rain Barrel (1 barrel / 20 LF) [HG 6200] Perennial Plugs (1 plug / ft2) [HG 4520] 24” Rain Garden Infiltration Media [HG 5500] Porous Pavement [OTHERS] Leveling Base [HG 3720] Semi-Intensive Filter Fleece [HG 7300] Stormwater Harvesting Cells [HG 7240] 40 Mil Reinforced Polyethylene Liner [HG 3320] Semi-Intensive Protective Fleece [OTHERS] Sand Base

TECHNICAL DATA System Type: • Infiltration / On-Grade Porous Walkway Dimensions (L x W x D): • 10’ x 5’ x 3’6” * adjustable width to 8.5’

Rain Garden Dimensions (L x W x D): • 10’ x 5’ x 2’ * adjustable width to 8.5’

Total Infiltration Capacity: • 11.21 gal / ft2 • 1,121.48 gal / “lot” Cistern Capacity: • 300+ gallons Maintenance Requirements: • Minimum bi-annual porous vacuuming • Semi-annual soil tests / weeding

Total System Area: • 100 ft2 (per “lot”) Refer to specific product datasheets for material information HG 2620 05/18

Bioswale - Remediation & Infiltration

Our Bioswale - Remediation & Infiltration System can be customized to fit each individual site. Site topography must be engineered to drain into the bioswale to maximize the amount of remediation and infiltration. The completed bioswale becomes a series of smaller systems, each occupying a 10’ x 10’ “lot” that combine to make the overall system. The system is simple, cost effective, and scalable to filter and remediate as many gallons of water as desired. The components of the system are as follows:

[HG 5500] Porous Pavement [OTHERS] Leveling Base [HG 3490] Biodegradable Erosion / Wind Netting [HG 6200] Native Plants with deep root systems [HG 4730] Osorb Bio-Remediation [HG 4530] Bio-Infiltration Media [OTHERS] Compacted Subgrade
