PART 1 WORK EXPERIENCE : LA ARCHITECT

UDA HEIGHTS: URBAN VILLAS - RESIDENTIAL Skudai, Johor, Malaysia

This project is a residential project where I was involved where I continued a design which was halted during early 2020 due to Covid. It consisted of several types of Bungalows and Semi-Detached homes. The floor plans and interior were revised for both bungalow and Semi-D as per clients requets.. Interior animations and renders were done as well.

TUN RAZAK RESIDENCE - MIXED DEVELOPMENT

Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This project is a mixed- developmet project where it consist of a mall, tiered parking lot and residential homes (apartments and duplex units). I was involved in recording techinical clashing of services. Besides that, I also helped produce interior animations, material testings and renders for several units. I also participated in furnishing several units in plan production.

This project is a government project where I was involved in organizing plans in several buildings that were scheduled by the list provided. Alterrations of designs were done based on client requests. However, due to a signed NDA, I am not amble to include it into my portfolio for safety reasons.
