This single-minded obsession allows us to create a unique product using fresh local ingredients, an open kitchen concept and customizable options that you just can’t get anywhere else. We’ve got our recipes, cook time, and oven temperatures down to a science—ensuring each pie is perfect, every single time. Our distinctive thin crust, brick oven pies are topped with a custom cheese blend, made from scratch tomato sauce and original toppings. Our signature and build-your-own pies options incorporate a wide array of flavors and textures to give both our traditional and creative customers exactly what they crave.

THE In 2011, three Brooklyn brothers set out to create the grown up version of your favorite Mom and Pop pizza joint. Drawing inspiration from the best of New York City’s pizzerias and the thin crust of European-style pizza bars, they tinkered with recipes until they created a selection of signature pies that surprise and delight. Everything, from the Italian pizza ovens, final recipes, shop decor and store build-out, was hand picked by our founders. The first Posh shop opened in January 2012, quickly followed by a second in July 2012 and a third in the summer of 2013.
