Hello, Thank you for downloading your goal prep toolkit. I'm SO excited to help you start the transformation that will change your life for good. I used these exact exercises to help transform my own life around 4 years ago. In that time there have been some BIG changes and I'm finally living my best life, and I know you're capable of that too. My approach is practical and based on common-sense psychological principles. It's all about a transformation that transcends your unconscious mind and develops the fundamental you. Why am I so dedicated to helping you? Because I've been there. I've been as low as a person can go and even though I searched for a solution EVERYWHERE, I found nothing that could actually help me. Nothing that didn't focus on the Law of Attraction, or religion & spirituality, or counselling. I just wanted logical guidance and big results. I wanted to change my life without becoming a spiritual, crystal-healing yogi. I'm not saying that stuff doesn't work, but it didn't work for me, and it put me off trying to develop for a long time. And self-worth is a largely unexplored area of psychology. Yet it's the real reason why people are stuck, why its so hard to grow, why its so hard to be successful. Improving my self-worth has taken my life to the next level. No cringe. No drama. No dread. And now I'm here to help set you up for achieving your goals with unprecedented success, and position you for refining every area of your life (regardless of how hopeless you think it is) through my self-worth makeover.

HOW DOES YOUR LEVEL OF SELF-WORTH IMPACT YOUR LIFE AND WHAT CAN YOU DO TO CHANGE?
Welcome to your self-worth quiz. This is the first part of the goal prep toolkit and will help you understand your own unconscious beliefs about your worthiness. You're about to find out how worthy and deserving do you think you are of your goals. This is so important because if your self-worth is low, it will likely be the reason you haven't been able to achieve what you wanted so far. Most of our behaviour is dictated by our unconscious mind. This means that the damaging beliefs we hold of ourselves easily go unnoticed, despite the increasingly detrimental impact they have on our lives. I've kept this quiz offline because its just for you. Nobody has access to your results other than yourself (so keep them safe!) because when it comes down to it, you're the only one who can take responsibility for your change. Either print this out and circle your responses, jot down your answers in your journal. There are three answers for each question - don't think about it too much, just go with what feels most accurate.

MOSTLY A's Your self-worth is very low. Before you attempt any goal, or even big decision, you should focus on improving your self-worth. [NB. If there’s a specific event from your past that got your selfworth so low then you should consider seeing a counsellor or therapist, who can help you heal from this trauma.] However, if you’ve overcome your past, we can work on your selfworth in a healthy way that focuses on the present you, in the upcoming challenge. Your low self-worth impacts every aspect of your life. Your unconscious mind perceives you to be of low value, and this is mirrored in the way you think and behave. You’ve probably struggled to achieve many goals and constantly find yourself failing or feeling inadequate. You might also have struggled to maintain the things you want (weight, relationship status, happiness, financial stability etc). But we can begin to reprogram your thinking and have you turn that around. Once you begin to value yourself, you will believe yourself to be inherently worthy of the things you desire, and this means you will know just how to achieve them, and find it much easier and quicker to do so.

MOSTLY B's You likely have low self-worth. Being indecisive, especially regarding your authentic self, signals a lack of value in your authentic self. If you really don’t know the answers, this also means you don’t value yourself as you’ve never taken the time to get to know the answers. That’s OK. Millions of people are in the same situation. You’ve probably struggled to achieve many goals and constantly find yourself failing or feeling inadequate, or else struggled to maintain the things you want (weight, relationship status, happiness, financial stability etc). But we can begin to reprogram your thinking and have you turn that around. Once you begin to value yourself, you will believe yourself to be inherently worthy of the things you desire, and this means you will know just how to achieve them, and find it much easier and quicker to do so.

MOSTLY C's Your self-worth is most likely very strong, and you probably value yourself very highly. This is amazing especially in a society where we are constantly told that we aren’t good enough as we are and need to make changes to be better. The strength and resilience you have is admirable, and you probably find it easy to set and achieve goals, as well as maintain those results. You’re likely very happy with your life and satisfied with most aspects. There’s always room for improvement, and when it comes to self-worth this is no different. If you love your life now, imagine what you can do if you take the time to specifically focus on solidifying your self-worth: I guarantee you will take your life to previously unimagined heights in every aspect (work, purpose, finances, love, health, body image, weight management).
