Implementation stage of a year long group project. Tasked with expanding underwear brand 'Bjorn Borg' UK consumer base. Specifically focusing on their lace collection our team of three focused our attention on determining their target consumer, how they currently communicate with this demographic and how effective this is. After extensive market and consumer research we moved onto creating a full blown marketing scheme including events, social media presence, effective consumer outreach and a viral video campaign as well as a still editorial campaign.
