Le Tote is an online fashion rental company in the USA. Consumers pay $49 a month to receive a tote with 3 garments and 2 accessories for them to wear and return when they want a new tote. My dissertation explored the affects of fast fashion and the ever growing collaborative consumption. It then went on to suggest how Le Tote could be an alternative solution to fast fashion by launching it into the UK market. Research in to the UK consumer was carried out along with competitor analysis, launch strategy, advertising and promotional materials.
