The existing building is made out of a whole structure of different walls, which creates many different storage rooms. When changing the function, this layout will no longer be beneficial. Some of these brick walls will have to be demolished. When demolishing two different types of materials can be distinguished: bricks that can be reused as is, for example on the inner square, and broken materials which will be used to create terrazzo-like ele-

ments.
