Black Tarmac to access drive and parking bays with PCC concrete bull nosed kerbs to perimeter. All parking bays will be distinguished by a block paved tee and plot numerals. Tenure and Costs This development will be established as a private estate. Each property is leasehold and available with a 999 year lease (to protect the communal areas and future identity of this private estate).

Ground rents are set at ÂŁ200 per annum and are indexed linked. Management charges are currently under review although initial estimates set them at around ÂŁ550 per annum per unit.

Warranties and Standards Fresh Space is an NHBC, Zurich and Premier-registered builder. A full 10-year warranty is provided. Developer two-year service warranty. NACOSS certified alarm system. Out-of-office emergency service covering electrics, heating and plumbing for the first two years.
