If you are installing TigerTurf yourself, you may need to purchase the following materials - all of which are available to buy online: Edging For a neat finish, TigerTurf recommends you secure TigerTurf products to the perimeter with edging material. For non-
curved edges we suggest using tanalised wood batons, available from DIY stores. Geotextile TigerTurf recommends laying a geotextile membrane underneath all products in the range. This protects the backing of your artificial grass while blocking sunlight and keeping weeds away. TigerTurf’s geotextile is made from recycled materials and is sold in 50m² units. Tape and glue When installing your artificial grass, you’ll need tape and glue to strengthen the
seaming joints. TigerTurf’s tape and glue are made by adhesive experts Envirostick. Each tube of glue utilises six linear metres of tape. Sand To extend the life of your TigerTurf lawn and provide a secure base, apply a dressing of sand. We recommend 0.5 to 1.55mm washed and dried silica sand. This is available from garden centres and building merchants, but for a betterlooking surface which is friendly to the environment, you could try TigerTurf’s 100% recycled sand. Made in the UK
