Gluten-Free Bagels Bread If you are one who loves to eat donuts but as it is not a Gluten-free nor the Gluten-Free bread but you also want to keep your self-fit due to which you need to keep your self away from this types of food. But now you can keep your self fit with bagels bread which you can use replacing donuts to enjoy. The best part it’s gluten-free, so you can enjoy this as much as you want without impacting your health and it will taste like same as donuts taste. Once your donuts Bagels bread is ready you can eat and enjoy your taste. Time: This will take 30 minutes in total preparation in this half time for dow preparation and 2nd half for cooking and then you can enjoy your Gluten-Free Bread rolls. Ingredients: o 3½ cups gluten-free all-purpose white blend o 1¾ cups dairy-free milk of choice or water o 2½ tsp yeast or 1 packet o 3 tsp guar gum o 2 tsp oil o 1 tsp salt plus extra for top o 1 tsp sugar How to cook: o Take 1¾ cups dairy-free milk of choice or water and heat it on 100 Degree then add yeast and sugar and mix and allow to sit for 5 minutes. o Take a separate bowl and add mix flour, gum, and salt. o Then add oil in a bowl and mix all together till it gets incorporated and smoothes with no lumps. o If you want you can also use your hand to make this thick paste. o Once your dough is ready you can make into pease by using a large cookie scoop or spray and then wet your hand to poke the hole in the dough. o Then spray butter or oil on top and then cover with plastic to get is raised at least for 20 minutes. Make sure you don’t allow him to rise to double the size or else it will start losing the shape. o Take a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Gently drop a max of 2 bagels in the water and boiled each side for only 30 seconds each side. Remove individual parchment paper pieces and place back on a baking sheet.
