It is located in Peel part next to the University of Salford on the Crescent. As the location of Salford Museum and Art Gallery is within the University ground, there is a large foot traffic from students which pass everyday. SOPHISTICATED DINING EXPERIENCE - Victorian elements within lighting, colour scheme, furnishings. - Taking the design into the 20th century with modern adaptions - Linking with Peel park taking a natural forms and flowing circulation throughout the building leading to the museum areas. - Open plan making use of all natural daylight.

LIGHTING
Day Light Hours - There will be a natural, crisp feel to the shape.
Evening - This will become more intimate with dimmed lighting. Front entrance will become the first visual impact with large victorian influenced lighting and new floating staircase. Incorporated with booted waiting/seating area. COLOUR SCHEME This influenced for the Victorian Era using a rich signature colour to contrast with natural colours and materials. New back entrance into main bar area to entice the foot traffic from the university and potential outdoor seating area giving views to Peel Park.
