City Coming out of the second round of lockdowns late last year, we experienced an upswing in sale transactions, followed by a quieter than expected January to March. We expect this change was due to people being able to spend more time with family and friends and revisiting their social lives following the past two years of COVID-19 restrictions. We followed with a strong April through to June which closed off the end of the financial year nicely for the Warehouse, Heritage & Unique property sector or “WHU” as we affectionately call it.
As usual, the Warehouse, Heritage & Unique properties are performing better than the generic market and it is important that you’re speaking to the right agents, with expertise in the WHU area.
