In fact we believe there’s never been a better time to be working for this brand. With the Actros Black Series, we have a great machine with some fantastic added value features: • Sumptuous black leather interiors • LED running lights • Chrome air intake vents • Chrome light bar. Coupled with our Agility financing that guarantees the future trade-in value of their vehicle, this is a truck that our customers will find it difficult to say no to.

The second half of 2015 will see the launch of the all new Citaro. Our safest, most cost-efficient and comfortable bus to date, the Citaro will make a big splash on the Australian market when it hits our roads in 2015 backed by a high profile launch event and campaign.

The new generation Actros will launch in Australia in early 2016. This addition to our range puts our competitors, and everything that has gone before it, in the shade. Its modern cab offers the driver maximum comfort while delivering exceptional fuel economy. The new Actros is a true game changer and will set the new benchmark for long distance transport in Australia.

2015 will also see the roll-out of our new minibus range here in Australia. These innovative additions to our product range will ensure we have a full portfolio of buses for all customer types, confirming our position as the Best in Bus.

In 2015 we will move towards a new dealer network structure. As opposed to the ‘one size fits all’ approach of the past, our new dealer network will be structured based on a tier system:

Tier 1: Principal Sales & Aftersales dealers in key metro areas Tier 2: Sales & Aftersales dealers in main regional centres Tier 3: Aftersales only dealers providing support in regional areas

This new structure will ensure an appropriate level of resource and support is provided to each dealer based on the size and scope of their business, meaning a better experience for more of our customers.

2015 will see the implementation of a new price positioning strategy for Mercedes-Benz parts. For us to be more competitive in the marketplace and reduce the total cost of ownership for our Truck and Bus customers, Mercedes-Benz genuine parts will be reduced by an average of 32%. This is a strategy that is backed by Head Office in Germany and will reduce price barriers to purchase, allowing more customers to experience the benefits of Mercedes-Benz genuine parts.
