Limitations:
● Hollow metal doors do not note the specific volume of the material, we assume it is 90% of the void.

● We do not know the exact construction of the door, so we do not know if each material completely covers the volume of the door.
● There are some doors that we do not have volume data for.
● For interior wall types, similar types with small variations were grouped to make the LCA more achievable.
● For all wall types, there was a high variability in terms of material layers and their EPDs. The thicknesses were input based on the Revit wall construction and could not accurately reflect the wall construction in the field.
● The densities of all material EPDs without densities internalized were obtained from a general industrywide internet search.
● The Revit model also at times had overlapping elements making selection a challenge.
The LCA breakdown shows the highest contributor to the Interiors GWP is the concrete flooring. This is likely due to the high surface area of the concrete flooring. It contributes to 59.4% of the total GWP.
