TERMS & PRICING All prices are subject to change without notice. Regular payment terms are Net 30 Days. ORDER POLICY Minimum order is $250. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE ORDERED ACCORDING TO STANDARD FACTORY PACKS AS PUBLISHED. ORDERS NOT RECEIVED ACCORDING TO STANDARD PACK WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTED TO STANDARD PACKS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER. RETURN MERCHANDISE Merchandise can only be returned with our written permission. We must receive a written request for the return of merchandise. The reason for return, quantity and style must be fully detailed and sent to the attention of Returns Department. After review and approval of return requests, written authorization will be sent to the customer with a Return Authorization Sticker. This sticker must be attached to the shipment. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. There is a 15% restocking charge on all authorized returns. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. SHORTAGES When shortages occur, be sure to check carton count prior to signing trucker’s freight bill. Sign only for amount of cartons received. File claims directly with common carrier.
