MISSION STATEMENT • THE MISSION OF THIS COMPANY ARE TO PRODUCE QUALITY CONCRETE CEMENT FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION RELATED STRUCTURES.

• THE COMPANY ALSO WANT TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT BY USING ECO FRIENDLY CONCRETE CEMENT THAT USES RECYCLED AND LOCALLY SOURCE MATERIALS.

SUPPLIERS • C & S BUILDERS’ WILL ACQUIRE ITS SUPPLIES THROUGH THE OWNER, ENGR. SEAN LEWIS QUISAO’S CONNECTION. THE COMPANY WILL MAKE SURE TO GET QUALITY BRANDS OF CEMENT TO ENSURE SATISFACTION FROM THE CUSTOMERS AT A VERY REASONABLE AND ECONOMICAL PRICE.

APPOINTMENTS – IN ORDER FOR C & S TO SCORE FOR A CUSTOMER, IT WILL HAVE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET FUTURE CLIENTS AND TO DISCUSS THE NEEDS AND WANTS OF BOTH PARTIES. WEEKLY INVENTORY- THIS MUST BE CONDUCTED TO MONITOR EVERY ASPECT OF THE COMPANY. E.G. SALES, EMPLOYEES AND COMPANY PROFIT. MONTHLY EVALUATION – TO ENSURE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF EVERY EMPLOYEES ARE RECOGNIZED AND GIVEN CREDITS FOR THEM TO PERFORM BETTER. WORKERS FROM ALL LEVELS OF THE COMPANY WILL BE INVOLVED. PAYABLES/PURCHASE RECORDS – A COMPANY BOOK KEEPER WILL BE HIRED FOR HIM TO FULLY ACCOUNT EVERYDAY EXPENSES OF C & S. PAYROLL PROCESSING – MONTHLY COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN IN TWO PARTS, EVERY 15TH AND 30TH OF THE MONTH. DURING THE 15TH PAYROLL, EMPLOYEE’S BENEFITS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THEIR COMPENSATION. A PAYROLL MANAGER AND HIS INFERIORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS TASK.

FUTURE PLANS • C & S PLANS TO EXPAND AND SELL OTHER

PRODUCTS ASIDE FROM LOCAL BRANDS OF CEMENT AND BASIC BUILDING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS SHOVEL. THE COMPANY INTENDS TO SELL OTHER BUILDING EQUIPMENT ASIDE FROM THE MOST BASIC TO WIDEN THE SCOPE OF THEIR CLIENTS OR RETAILERS.
