Adultery can be defined as a voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his/her lawful spouse.


Desertion can be defined as a willful abandonment of a spouse without any consent hence breaching the legal obligations.


If a spouse has behaved unreasonably, this can be presented as a ground for divorce in the court of law. However the spouse has to prove that the other spouse has behaved unreasonably and it’s impossible to live with him/her.
