Make mind maps for each topic and write key words that relate to each subtopic/topic
Memorise the key words (especially 四字词语 so you can use them in your essays)
Practice translation questions (It’s easy to get the basic words wrong)
Do past papers for practice

For the writing exam, have a few really good phrases/keywords in your mind before going into the exam. When the exam begins, flip to the writing section and write those phrases/keywords down quickly on the page so that you don't forget to use them or forget how to write them. Make sure to also use at least 3 time frames ( what I like to do is draw 3 small boxes and tick them each time I've used a time frame). If you ever forget the grammatical structure, just remember STPA.
