OFFICE MANAGER: Jan Morris If you need assistance in the following areas: Checking in and out lockboxes Assisting agents with office computer malfunctions Sales meeting caravan sheets (every Tuesday at 9:30am) Agent Announcements Assist with agent printing orders-business cards, sign decals, wooden signs Farmer Sign Inventory Group emails for Agents to the Office/Other Harry Norman, REALTORS® Offices License renewal and verification of board dues Organizing and distributing office roster and phone list Order name plates and assign mailboxes New agent check-in and Office Orientation Office Manager Meetings, General Maintenance of Facility, Machines and Systems Agent Records Closing Folders Distributing Invoices to agents and collection of account receivables Ordering supplies for office Processing sales and closings in DPN (accounting software system) Distribution of agent commissions checks and volume/earnings updates Processing earnest money Monthly, quarterly and annual reports Notary Public Completes and submits Top Producer applications

RECEPTIONIST/LISTING COORDINATOR: Cecilia Tatham Incoming Calls Tidying and organizing reception area Coordinator of agents' responses for group events Create and maintain event sign-up sheets Conference room reservations Distribution of incoming faxes and packages Duty desk calendar Sort mail/postage Assisting agents with computer malfunctions Assisting agents with downloading and saving pictures onto the agent drive Listing input and modification in DPN, FMLS and MLS Make listing changes-prices, extended, re-list, etc Checking in and out lockboxes Caravan submissions (deadline is 10am Monday) Open House submissions (deadline is 12pm Friday)
