Now writing under the pen-name of HARUN YAHYA, Adnan Oktar was born in Ankara in 1956. Darwinism is based on ignorance and takes advantage of people’s lack of knowledge on scientific matters. The Darwinist ideology is based on establishing preconceptions among the uninformed. The technique used to that end is a type of mass hypnosis achieved through frequent repetition and thereby establishing an almost magical effect: this is commonly referred to as indoctrination.

Darwinist indoctrination has duped the whole world, so much so that a great many people have been turned into passionate devotees of “evolution,” despite knowing almost nothing at all about the subject. Most of them aren't even aware what they are espousing. They have merely been influenced by pictures of fictitious ape-men walking ever more upright as time passes or reports such as “... our ancestors were worms” that they see in the daily papers. At the heart of the Darwinist propaganda techniques is the constant repetition of a lie, just as in Nazi Germany. This method, known as “The Big Lie Technique”, employed successfully by the Nazi minister of propaganda, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, has been comprehensively utilized with the aim of spreading Darwinism. With the constant repetition of this lie, not only scientists, and world famous newspapers and magazines adopted it, but some ignorant people also came to believe it as well. That is the climate in which Darwinism grew and flourished.

Because of this propaganda technique, people have been hearing the same tale for years: "The missing link has been found", "The missing link has come to light" or "The missing link is complete!"... The whole world is by now familiar with headlines about fictitious evolutionary missing links that have never been discovered. The reason for this is because Darwinists keep administering this indoctrination in specific doses… That is the aim behind the repetition, to ensure the Darwinist spell maintains its influence over people.

When the invalidity of Darwinism is exposed, when people are told there is no such thing as a missing link, an air of panic sets in among Darwinist circles. In that event, the tempo of repetition (by way of the press) is increased. Darwinists either come up with a sensational claim or else intensify their reports about supposed missing links. Ida, for example, is a stunning fraud produced under the influence of one such episode of panic. The way that a lemur fossil was taken and shamelessly heralded to the whole world as an ancestor of man is truly a shocking phenomenon. The way that this fossil was heralded through brazen propaganda and false slogans as if it were the eighth wonder of the world, and all the wide-ranging furor about it was a clear expression of the Darwinists’ worry and despair. A great many Darwinists were forced to make explicit statements about how embarrassing they found all this furor. And when, following all this false propaganda, it was finally revealed that Ida was merely a lemur, apologies were duly issued and all claims hastily retracted.

The way that a lemur fossil and a Bonobo monkey can be misrepresented as ancestors of man in the Darwinist press is truly shocking. Darwinists have had to apologize for this shameless propaganda.

Ida is not the only example. Such sensations have become common of late due to the terrifying effects of the rise of Darwinism. Following Ida, Ardi was produced as a result of that same despair, and a monkey fossil was heralded as the ancestor of man. But this sensation was short-lived, and all claims were again retracted when it was declared to be simply a monkey.

Claims are constantly being taken back, and will continue to be retracted in the future. Because all reports about “missing links being found� are lies. More than 300 million fossils have been unearthed to date, yet not a single one is a transitional fossil. Despite all the calls and invitations, not one single Darwinist has managed to produce one single transitional fossil. The more this most intensive propaganda technique on which Darwinism relies is eliminated and exposed, the more Darwinists are suffering their real defeat. Their frauds are being exposed one by one.

The Ardi and Ida appeared under these headlines in part of the press.

The aim was to maintain evolutionary propaganda with false news reports.

Darwinist confessions regarding the Ida deception Charles Beard, a paleontologist from the Johns Hopkins University Carnegie Museum of Natural History: "This fossil is not as close to monkeys, apes, and humans as we are being led to believe."1 Duke University paleontologist Richard Kay admits that, "there is no scientific analysis to prove that Ida is a missing link," IN OTHER WORDS, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE FOR IT AT ALL.2 Timesonline carried the following admission: "Attenborough ... was just one element of the media circus turning Ida into humanity’s newest and best link with its ancient past." "Such finds are usually unveiled to the world through the sober pages of an academic journal, but for Ida nothing less than a glittering press conference at the American Museum of Natural History in New York would do. Later the scientists who studied Ida outlined the details of their research. Their pronouncements were just as extravagant."3 Richard Foley, a professor of human evolution at Cambridge University, said that, "it is ‘meaningless’ to describe this creature as a missing link."4 "Dr. Simons phoned me for the first time in 10 years to share his outrage about this MALARKEY and, for the first time in a decade, I agree with him,” said Beard last week. “...The roll-out was extraordinary and it is now clear that the scientists were under pressure to meet the showbusiness deadlines."

Simons had said: "It’s absurd and dangerous. … This is all bad science...

Darwinius is a wonderful fossil, but IT IS NOT A MISSING LINK OF ANY KIND. IT REPRESENTS A DEAD END IN EVOLUTION."

They Use Scientific Terminology and Formulae to Cast a Magic Spell The fact that all false reports regarding the theory of evolution are issued in the name of science, published in Darwinist scientific journals, taught as science in biology classes in school curricula, and that the adherents of evolution constantly refer to themselves as “scientific”, has had a huge effect on conditioning people. As a result of this intensive Darwinist conditioning, rejection of evolution is portrayed as equivalent to rejecting science itself. Evolution is taught by means of imposition and calling it science.

But the fact is that Darwinism has nothing to do with science. Science is the enemy of Darwinism. Science is opposed to atheism. Science is anti-communist and anti-Marxist. Science obliterates Marxist, atheist and Darwinist thinking. Every branch of the sciences has refuted evolution. Science has demolished the Darwinist deception; science has completely discredited evolution. Microbiology, genetics, molecular biology, zoology, paleontology, in short, all branches of life science, have proved the invalidity of evolution. Darwinists have suffered their worst defeat at the hands of science. It is therefore a terrible deception for evolution to be taught as if it were scientific, as science is for those who believe in Allah; it benefits true believers.

Yet, despite all these facts, the Darwinists’ main vehicle of deception is science. They are unwilling to abandon this indoctrination.

That is why they utilize plenty of scientific terminology and formulae in the deceptive reports they publish in Darwinist science magazines in order to give the impression they are providing readers with highly significant, inaccessible, and complex information.

Latin words are the star performers among the Darwinists’ repertoire of deceptive techniques. Darwinists imagine that by bestowing Latin names on false fossils or freshly minted false theories that this 24

will somehow enhance their credibility. Yet there is no scientific evidence behind anything they say. But some people who listen to those who employ lots of Latin words fall for this supposedly scientific show and imagine they are dealing with impossibly inaccessible knowledge.

They imagine they cannot possibly understand the subject, that it is best left to scientists, and that everything they say must be true. This conditioning is so powerful that failing to go along with the scientists in question is perceived of as serious irrationality. That is how the profound enchantment of people is established.

Master Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, the greatest Islamic scholar of the last thousand years, described how Darwinist conditioning of and influence over people had become a scourge affecting vast masses of people: Materialism is a spiritual plague which has infected man with a fearsome fever, causing him to be visited by Divine wrath. The more the ability to inculcate and criticize expands, so does that plague spread.1 As Bediuzzaman, the Master, notes, this conditioning is utterly deceptive. The formulae, Latin words and scientific terminology employed by Darwinists are all false. The scientists in question are also well aware that they are espousing a fraud. Darwinists are merely using science to put on a scientific circus.

When the true facts of all the tales they have manufactured is brought to light they have to swiftly take back all the fossils they have spent so many pages describing in Darwinist publications until that time. The infamous Piltdown Man (also known by the invented Latin name Eoanthropus dawsoni) fraud, which was the result of attaching an orangutan jaw to a human skull and adding a few teeth to it, was the subject of more than 40 “scientific” doctoral theses; the Nebraska Man fraud, based on a single pig tooth, depicted in illustrations even to the extent of its supposed family and taught in text books for many years under the name Hesperopithecus haroldcookii, as if it were “scientific” 25

The cell that Darwin in the 19th century imagined to be a balloon filled with water, has actually turned out to be more complex than the city of New York, one of the 21st century’s greatest metropolises. It is impossible for a single protein inside the cell to form by chance, let alone the cell itself.

Darwinists also claim that fish emerged onto dry land and gradually turned into amphibians, that reptiles suddenly grew wings and began to fly, that bears turned into whales while romping by the shore – which is Darwin’s own claim, and that chimpanzees (or, since Darwinists regard the words chimpanzee or monkey as slightly disparaging, fictitious “ape-like creatures,” as they themselves put it) turned into scientists, professors, and scholars who examine their own brain cells in laboratories. The glorious complexity in life is a huge dead-end for Darwinists. The only way out for them, is to explain everything in terms of chance; to depict life and the complexity within it as actually very “simple.”

To that end, the idea that Darwinists want to condition people with is essentially this: Muddy water + chance + time = Life! According to Darwinists, when coincidences, to which Darwinists attribute a creative power, combine together they can work miracles (surely Allah is beyond that) and turn life forms into one another, no matter how impossible that may actually be. This is a cunning act of indoctrination performed on people. This indoctrination has such an effect on some people that they are immediately able to believe in utterly nonsensical concepts. They are able to believe that man is a slightly more developed form of chimpanzee, that fish can emerge onto dry land and turn into terrestrial life forms when they so choose, that a cell can really form in muddy water and that dinosaurs managed to grow wings and turn into birds. That is because they have been so thoroughly indoctrinated, almost to the level of brainwashing.

This constant indoctrination is worked into them by well-known professors, wielding incomprehensibly strange formulae and peculiar scientific terminology on the covers of world famous magazines.

The fact is that there is nothing “simple� about life at all. Everything set out

under this indoctrination is a lie. With all of its infrastructure and organization, a single cell is far more complex than a giant metropolis such as New York City. There is a great deal of evidence refuting Darwinism. But the fundamental issue that demolishes the theory evolution is the beginning of life. As we have reiterated many times and insist on keeping on the agenda, Darwinists are unable to explain how even a single protein might have come into being by chance. This is where the theory of evolution falls apart.

In order to neutralize this terrible defeat, Darwinists again resort to their press monopoly. The most familiar means of deception on this subject are scenarios about artificial life. Reports in the publishing organs in question that appear from time to time along the lines of “We have made artificial blood,” “We have made artificial evolution,” “We have manufactured artificial DNA,” “Synthetic life is on the way,” or “An artificial cell has been manufactured” are part of these psychological defense mechanisms.

People who are uninformed on the subject may form the impression from such reports that the greatest obstacle in Darwinism’s way, the question of the beginning of life, has been resolved. They naively assume that “today they have made a cell, so tomorrow they may build human beings.” Indeed, the Darwinists’ aim in producing such reports is to baffle people and numb their brains with this sinister hypnosis.

But there is a deception going on here. Nobody has ever, and can never come anywhere close to creating something out of nothing. That is impossible, unless Allah so wills it. What scientists are doing is to use already existing blood, DNA and cells and, most important of all, intelligence, and use these in laboratory research. Darwinists can descend to the deepest point possible if they so wish, right down to the level of the atom, but an intelligence has still been employed there and they will make use of already existing atoms. of thousands of scientists, technological laboratories, the expenditure of millions of dollars and countless experiments, have only been possible with enormous hard work and intelligence. In other words, intelligence is essential. But the result is still not evolution.

Taking nucleotides inside DNA and synthesizing a cell in a different way is a new procedure performed using intelligence within the existing system. It is a great success for science, and a major development that will hopefully lead the way for important advances in science and medicine; but it is very definitely not evolution. Evolution has collapsed right from the very beginning; the subject of the origin of life. The inability to account for the chance formation of even a single protein spells the end for all Darwinist claims.

Darwinists’ deception techniques have always been rather wretched ones. That means it is very easy to decipher those techniques and counteract the conditioning involved. The quasi-magical effect that Darwinists have obtained using propaganda techniques for decades now can be demolished in a single move. There is no doubt that, as Allah has promised, victory will always go to the supporters of Allah. It is certainly a great feat of science to take structures already existing in a living thing and make an artificial “copy� under the supervision of conscious beings, under conscious conditions, as the result of years of laboratory research. According to the Darwinists, the power that causes these transitions to occur in this rather embarrassing scenario is “chance.” This is how the Darwinists have deceived people for so many years.

Evolutionists have maintained this ever since Darwin’s time, or even since the days of Samaria. The idea of chance is an embarrassment that represents the foundation of the theory of evolution and is a source of terrible shame for the Darwinists.

But following the exposure of the wretched, illogical and ludicrous nature of this claim, especially through the Atlas of Creation, Darwinists suddenly began speaking very differently. In order to avoid further embarrassing themselves by trying to defend this shameful claim, they adopted an even more illogical defense mechanism. We have already seen how Darwinists foolishly try to give the impression of providing scientific accounts by using scientific terminology and formulae in order to mislead people. They also try to portray the deceptive idea of chance as perfectly legitimate by using the same methods. The lie of a dinosaur growing wings and taking flight, so often repeated in Darwinist publications, is described with a frequent usage of Latin verbiage and terminology, thus giving the story a supposedly scientific veneer. Yet, in the fictitious process in question and this unbelievably ridiculous tale, there is no intelligence capable of making informed, conscious interventions, directing the course of events, choosing the best course by making logical deductions, making choices, making logical inferences and distinguishing the proper thing to do. Darwinism rejects the existence of such a consciousness. Everything in the myth of evolution happened unconsciously, unintelligently, as the result of blind chance. Chance is the Darwinists’ false god, one that works miracles, creates from nothing, makes no errors and is able to predict future events and take appropriate precautionary measures.

Darwinists seek to portray this false god as a creative force, at least in their own eyes (surely Allah is beyond that). And by means of these cunning statements they try to turn people away from belief in Allah. The Darwinist magic spell, as it were, is the underlying reason why people gradually turn toward atheism, and why so many Darwinists are engaged in a merciless struggle against belief in Allah.

They have been so affected by this Darwinist deception they began to foolishly imagine that apes could easily turn into human beings “... if they developed a bit, shaved and ate better.” A few generalized similarities prepare the way for the spread of Darwinist conditioning.

The fact is, however, that no matter how much an ape resembles a man it will never, by Allah’s leave, for all its time on this Earth, be anything more than an ape. Opposition to evolution has literally become regarded as equivalent to high treason, and individuals, schools and managements have all been taken to court for that reason. g) Opponents of evolution have been intimidated, silenced and removed from their posts. It has become all but impossible to object to evolution.

h) Although science completely refutes evolution, they have declared that believers in evolution are scientific while its opponents are unscientific, and as a result of this conditioning people who reject evolution have been alienated from society.

As we have seen, Darwinism enjoys support, not because it is scientific, but because it is inculcated by means of imposition and coercion, and protected across the world by the Darwinist dictatorship.

The fact that the majority support this false theory must not and should not deceive people; some of the people are unaware that Darwinism is the greatest fraud that has ever been, while others appear to support Darwinism only out of fear of losing their jobs or attracting criticism from people around them.

There are of course some people – albeit a small minority – who do honestly adopt Darwinism as an ideology, a false religion. As Allah reveals in the Qur’an, these people have been created to deny Allah and side with superstition. In the Qur’an, Allah tells us that these people will never believe, even if they were to witness genuine miracles.

The existence of such people must not, therefore, deceive anyone.

Almighty Allah describes these people as follows in the Qur’an: Even if We sent down angels to them, and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered together everything in front of them right before their eyes, they would still not believe unless Allah willed. The truth is that most of them are ignorant. (Surat al-An’am, 111)

These people, explicitly described in the Qur’an, are in fact well aware of their wrongdoing. They realize that Darwinism is false and wrong, and that it is Almighty Allah who created them and all things.

But even though they accept what the Qur’an says in their hearts, they still object and deny it all because of their pride. In another verse, Almighty Allah says: And they repudiated them wrongly and haughtily, in spite of their own certainty about them. See the final fate of the corrupters.

For these reasons, it is not at all a simple matter to openly state that one rejects Darwinism in such a climate.

Such people are immediately excluded and removed by others, under the powerful impact of Darwinist conditioning. This is one of the most important psychological deterrent methods employed by the Darwinist dictatorship in order to hold onto its adherents.

It would be a very significant event for someone who has spent a lifetime specializing in evolution, and maybe even become a professor, to one day announce that he rejects Darwinism and has seen the invalidity of evolution. If a professor announces that he now rejects evolution, he is well aware that his whole career has essentially come to an end, that he will be removed from his post in the university, that the great majority of his friends, largely made up of Darwinists, will swiftly turn their backs on him, and that he will also be subjected to intense negative propaganda. That is how it has always been. Professors we have already cited have lost their jobs, friends, and colleagues for that very reason. Unpleasant defamation campaigns have been set in motion on the internet about some of them in order to prevent them finding work again, while others have been declared to be “intellectual terrorists� by employers.

Rejecting the theory of evolution brings with it major life changes for someone who has spent years as an evolutionist and may even have built a career on it. This policy of intimidation must not alarm the people in question because the supposed dominion of the Darwinist dictatorship is temporary and weak. As Allah has promised, superstition will certainly disappear and the truth will be victorious. What needs to be known is that Allah is always alongside those who genuinely turn to Him, who heed their consciences and who are prepared to risk social exclusion by espousing what is right and true. When they say that, Darwinists imagine that all the questions hanging over evolution somehow disappear, that people will be satisfied with that reply, and that by saying this it will be enough to ensure acceptance of Darwinism. Indeed, this method of psychological conditioning has had a huge effect on some people who attach little importance to the fact that the theory of evolution is not backed up by any scientific evidence and who regard general opinion as more significant.

That is why the Darwinist dictatorship tries every possible means to give the impression that evolution is accepted all over the world.

One method is to organize false surveys and statistics, and then use these polls to show that large numbers of people believe in evolution, and then publish their survey results to loud fanfare in the press organs under the control of the Darwinist dictatorship.

lution and believe that Allah creates all things. And these levels are growing all the time. One of the largest verifiable polls conducted showed that Turkey heads the list of those rejecting evolution.3 The second country in terms of rejection of evolution was the United States of America.

Therefore, it must not be forgotten that if high levels of belief in evolution are suggested in a poll, or any statistical research in Darwinist publications, then the results are fraudulent. In fact, polls conducted all over the world, especially in the United States, Canada, and European countries such as Great Britain, show that evolution has been abandoned to a very significant extent.

One of the largest polls conducted showed that Turkey heads the list of countries rejecting evolution.

Turkey is followed by the USA.

A report in the British Guardian newspaper that only 25% of Britons were shown to believe in evolution following a poll in Great Britain was quickly changed on the paper’s web site to read that half the country’s population did not believe in evolution.

They try to cast a spell over people with false illustrations and reconstructions By now, we are all familiar with an ape-man that for many years has appeared in the pages of newspapers and magazines, that was for years taught in school books as if it were true, and that people were told represented important evidence for is an entirely false chronology. This fake ape-man was depicted walking with a stooped gait and an animal-like appearance holding a heavy club in his hands and with a whole social life. It was also been given an almost unpronounceable Latin name: Hesperopithecus haroldcookii.

Hesperopithecus haroldcookii was illustrated time and time again in the pages of the world’s best known magazines. Reconstructions of it were produced and exhibited in prestigious museums.. Nobel prizewinning scientists discussed it at conferences, doctoral theses were written about it, and scientists frequently debated as to what kind of social life it enjoyed, where and how it lived, where it walked and how it spoke. It was also better known by another name: Nebraska Man. One very important point here is that all of these fictitious scenario concerning Hesperopithecus haroldcookii, which Darwinist scientists studied and taught their students for years, was revealed to have been all invented on the basis of a single pig tooth.

Nebraska Man is an example which illustrates the scale of the frauds Darwinists perpetrate through visual conditioning, but it is by no means the only one. All the Darwinist pictures of fictitious apemen, with all their characteristics such as enjoying social lives, hunting and fishing, playing with their children and whatnot, are sometimes based on nothing more than a single finger bone, a shoulder blade or a tooth. Parts of fossil skeletons are sometimes unearthed, but then such fantastical reconstructions are produced that the result is a fully fledged ape-man. But this is a complete deception.

Nebraska Man is the greatest evidence of Darwinists’ reconstruction deceptions. Darwinists had no hesitations over depicting the fictitious Nebraska Man and a whole social setting “on the basis of a single pig tooth.�

Reconstructions and evolutionist drawings are used to mislead people and create the impression that there really is such a thing as evolution. As we have seen with Nebraska Man, the various pictures and reconstructions are based solely on the imaginations of the people producing them. No such ape-man ever, ever existed. Indeed, all the skulls and skeletons discovered either come from human beings, or else from extinct species of apes or monkeys. But the pictures and reconstructions produced provides the framework for the subsequent conditioning.

All the ape-men, dino-birds, and life forms trying to move from water to dry land that one sees in Darwinist newspapers, magazines and TV programs are fictitious. If nothing else, they certainly reflect the imaginative power of the artists concerned. When they are exposed as frauds, they are quietly set aside. The Darwinist press is very careful that nobody should realize the scale of the fraud being perpetrated.

But policies of concealing frauds of course bears no fruits, and all Darwinist deceptions are being exposed, one by one, and all the time.

Since fossils from the Cambrian Period serve as one of the main proofs that life began suddenly and with an extraordinary complexity, and would certainly spell the end of Darwinism, they were hidden away for seventy years by Charles Doolittle Walcott, the Darwinist paleontologist who found them. This is a startling and significant indicator in terms of understanding the scale of the Darwinist fraud.

Similar events have taken place quite frequently in subsequent times, and nobody was even aware of the more than 350 million fossils completely refuting evolution, and discovered to date. Of course, Darwinists did to these fossils what they did to the Cambrian ones.

Because all of these fossils meant the same thing; each one was proof of Creation.

For years, Darwinists only ever mentioned two or three types of “living fossil,� in a bid to give the impression that living fossils consisted of these alone. But then people came to realize that there are fossil specimens dating back millions of years of all the life forms alive today. In other words, the great majority of fossils were living fossils showing that present-day life forms are identical to those living millions of years ago.

tory of man. Fossils showing that man has never evolved are generally kept hidden away, or even destroyed entirely. Because if even one of these enters the agenda, that will be enough to spell the end of the evolution deceit. As soon as Charles D. Walcott discovered the Cambrian Era fossils he hid them away, and kept them HIDDEN FOR THE NEXT 70 YEARS. The only reason for hiding them away is that Cambrian fossils represented the most excellent evidence for Creation.

This method of Walcott's is still being applied by today’s evolutionists. More than 350 million fossils had been hidden away until they were revealed through the Atlas of Creation. Because all these fossils prove Creation. Darwinists try to preserve their false theories not by producing scientific evidence, but by CONCEALING IT.

In order to maintain their ideology they have even proposed the idea of space creatures It is utterly humiliating and ludicrous for a Darwinist scientist to stand up and say, “Space creatures brought life here!” Someone who pays close attention and is aware of the true face of the Darwinist deception will immediately see that such statements are an expression of utter wretchedness and despair. The fact that proteins cannot come into being spontaneously is just one of the proofs that life was created. In doing this, Darwinists never reflect on how they will be unable to answer the following question: How did this fictitious and complex molecule they make this claim about come into being? Even if it were somewhere in the vastness of space, it could not have come into being by chance; thus, there has to be an intelligence far superior to that of human beings that created it. That alone spells the end of this dubious Darwinist claim. Other claims made by Darwinists, such as organic molecules arriving from space and being caught in something like a cold trap used in the Miller experiment and eventually giving rise to a living cell, are equally preposterous.

Even if all the organic molecules constituting a cell, even if all the proteins in it that could never come into being by chance were all present at the same time, and even if all the conditions claimed by the Darwinists applied, it would still be impossible for a cell to emerge by chance. Darwinists are unable to produce even the smallest components of the cell, not even in a conscious and controlled manner and under whatever laboratory conditions they desire. They are unable to account for even a single protein. Darwinists are just playing games with people. Their deceptive idea of “space creatures� makes their perspective towards human beings very clear indeed. They imagine that they can still impose evolution, the great deception of the last 150 years and which they now fear they may be losing, by means of such nonsense, and that people will simply accept it.

Darwinists can strive all they like, but all the claims they come up with for the purpose of encouraging denial of Allah (surely Allah is beyond that) merely humiliate them further. They maintain that all claims refuting evolution are unscientific We have been discussing how Darwinists try to give the impression of being scientific by using scientific formulae and terminology and have thus deceived large numbers of people by means of such psychological conditioning. A second fraudulent tactic that Darwinists resort to in this context is the (deceptive) defense mechanism of suggesting that opponents of Darwinism are unscientific.

Because he knows he will inevitably come off for the worse, a Darwinist will never publicly debate a proponent of creation, and will justify this attitude by saying that “... the proper environment for a scientific debate has not been established.� But this is merely defeatism and an easy way out. Of course they will not want to engage in such a debate, because they know they will lose and end up humiliated. Instead, they hide behind the idea of being scientific in their search for ways to avoid such encounters.

But the fact is that it is only the supporters of Creation that have produced scientific evidence. No Darwinist has ever been able to produce even a single piece of scientific evidence, nor is it possible for any Darwinist ever to do so. But the scientific evidence refuting evolution that he sees during the course of any debate will cause him enormous distress. He will see genuine fossils, and the frauds of evolution will be exposed, and the simple fact that evolutionists are unable to account for how even a single protein could have come about by chance will be revealed for all to see. Such a defeat is intolerable for Darwinists. That is why they hide behind all these very familiar psychological defense mechanisms and accuse the other side of being unscientific.

One of the greatest facts that emerged with advances in science in the 21st century is this: science is for those who believe in Allah. Science benefits true believers. Allah refers in the Qur’an to the gnat (Surat al-Baqara, 26) and the honeybee (Surat an-Nahl, 68). He notes the stars travelling in their orbits (Surat adh-Dhariyat, 7) and to ships floating on the water (Surat alHajj, 65). Allah refers in the Qur’an to leaves turning tree (Surat al-An’am, 59) and to the seven layers of the sky (Surat al-Isra’, 44). Allah tells believers in the Qur’an to be aware of these proofs of faith. People discover the depths of these phenomena as they investigate them with science.

But as for those who disbelieve, they say, ‘What does Allah mean by this example?’ He misguides many by it and guides many by it. But He only misguides the deviators. (Surat al-Baqara, 26) Mankind! an example has been made, so listen to it carefully. Those whom you call upon besides Allah are not even able to create a single fly, even if they were to join together to do it. And if a fly steals something from them, they cannot get it back. How feeble are both the seeker and the sought! (Surat al-Hajj, 73)

They try to spread the deception that evolution and belief in Allah are not incompatible Materialism constitutes the foundation of Darwinism. According to the materialist error, matter is eternal and there is no force superior to it. To put it another way, materialism rejects the idea of a Creator who rules the matter that constitutes the universe, and maintains it constantly under His control (surely Allah is beyond that). The only reason for all the efforts made to prop up Darwinism, which is based on the absolute existence of matter, and for all the frauds and deceptions perpetrated to that end, is the desire to prevent acceptance of the fact that a sublime and omnipotent Creator has brought all things into being. Darwinists have been endeavoring to do that for the last 150 years. And that is the reason Darwinism has been adopted as a false religion.

Darwinists as of late have been in a state of terrible panic due to this important fact having come to light in recent years. The reason for this panic is the fear of losing the support of large number of religious believers. Many people who believe in Allah and are ignorant of the true face of Darwinism blindly sign up to this deception, and Darwinists have been greatly displeased by the revelation of a truth that will awaken them.

The atheist and Darwinist Richard Dawkins admits the existence of a Darwinist lobby active in this sphere: There’s a kind of … evolution defense lobby, in particular. They are mostly atheists, but they are wanting to—desperately wanting—to be friendly to mainstream, sensible religious people. And the way you do that is to tell them that there’s no incompatibility between [evolution] and religion…4 As is clear from Dawkins' own admission, atheists represent the great majority of Darwinists who are trying to supposedly reconcile belief in Allah and evolution. If Almighty Allah wished, He could of course have created all this glorious life using evolution as His instrument. And in that event we would, of course, have been the most convinced adherents of evolution. But creation did not take place like that, as the Qur’an says, our Lord created living things in a single moment by telling them to “Be!” This magnificent creation demolishes Darwinism more and more every day with new evidence.

can form by chance had come out into the open. They were stunned to see that the Darwinist dictatorship could no longer protect them.

That huge defeat meant the end of the demagoguery and propaganda that were Darwinists’ sole prop. Darwinists probably never imagined that the day would come when they would have to abandon their only means of deception. They never expected that their lies and deceptions based on mass conditioning through the press, and through pressure and imposition, would ever be exposed. They probably never dreamed that all their trickery would one day be unexpectedly exposed.

The Darwinists now have no way back. The true nature of their deceptive claims that “The missing link has been found”, or “The missing link has been observed” has now been revealed. A great many people have now realized that evolution is a hollow fraud, devoid of any evidence. Darwinists can use whatever propaganda methods they like, and manufacture whatever false evidence they see fit and depict that as the truth, but they will never be able to go back to their days of glory. The Darwinist deception is finally at an end. This period we are living in, when Darwinists are desperately making a last stand to keep their deception alive, will witness a mighty defeat for them. There is another very important point here that must not be forgotten. It is still not too late for Darwinists. They can still turn away from, and make up for, all their errors. The time has come for Darwinists to realize that all power lies with Almighty Allah, and that whatever Allah ordains will definitely come about. This will be of great benefit to them and

allow them to live honorable lives in this world and in the hereafter.

It must not be forgotten that no matter how much pride they have in this world, no matter how much they wage an illegitimate struggle against right and truth (surely Allah is beyond that), whatever our Lord Allah ordains is what will happen. Darwinism will absolutely come to an end in this century, and whether or not Darwinists want to see it, the true faith of Allah will rule the world. Allah’s promise is the Truth, and the Truth will certainly be made good.

Allah reveals in verses: Say: ‘Truth has come and falsehood has vanished. Falsehood is always bound to vanish.’ (Surat al-Isra’, 81) Yes, everything in the heavens and earth belongs to Allah. Yes, Allah’s promise is true but most of them do not know it. (Surah Yunus, 55) So remain steadfast. Allah’s promise is true. Ask forgiveness for your wrong action and glorify your Lord with praise in the evening and the early morning. Certainly those who argue about the Signs of Allah without any authority having come to them. (Surah Ghafir, 55-56) Say: ‘The Truth has come. Falsehood cannot originate or regenerate.’ (Surah Saba’, 49)

Darwinism, in other words the theory of evolution, was put forward with the aim of denying the fact of Creation, but is in truth nothing but failed, unscientific nonsense. This theory, which claims that life emerged by chance from inanimate matter, was invalidated by the scientific evidence of miraculous order in the universe and in living things, as well as by the discovery of more than 300 million fossils revealing that evolution never happened. In this way, science confirmed the fact that Allah created the universe and the living things in it. The propaganda carried out today in order to keep the theory of evolution alive is based solely on the distortion of the scientific facts, biased interpretation, and lies and falsehoods disguised as science.

Yet this propaganda cannot conceal the truth. The fact that the theory of evolution is the greatest deception in the history of science has been expressed more and more in the scientific world over the last 20-30 years. Research carried out after the 1980s in particular has revealed that the claims of Darwinism are totally unfounded, something that has been stated by a large number of scientists. In the United States in particular, many scientists from such different fields as biology, biochemistry and paleontology recognize the invalidity of Darwinism and employ the fact of Creation to account for the origin of life.

We have examined the collapse of the theory of evolution and the proofs of Creation in great scientific detail in many of our works, and are still continuing to do so. Given the enormous importance of this subject, it will be of great benefit to summarize it here.

The Scientific Collapse of Darwinism As a pagan doctrine going back as far as ancient Greece, the theory of evolution was advanced extensively in the nineteenth century.

The most important development that made it the top topic of the world of science was Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species, published in 1859. In this book, he opposed, in his own eyes, the fact that Allah created different living species on Earth separately, for he erroneously claimed that all living beings had a common ancestor and had diversified over time through small changes. Darwin's theory was not based on any concrete scientific finding; as he also accepted, it was just an "assumption." Moreover, as Darwin confessed in the long chapter of his book titled "Difficulties on Theory," the theory failed in the face of many critical questions.

Darwin invested all of his hopes in new scientific discoveries, which he expected to solve these difficulties. However, contrary to his expectations, scientific findings expanded the dimensions of these difficulties. The defeat of Darwinism in the face of science can be reviewed under three basic topics: 1) The theory cannot explain how life originated on Earth.

2) No scientific finding shows that the "evolutionary mechanisms" proposed by the theory have any evolutionary power at all.

3) The fossil record proves the exact opposite of what the theory suggests.

In this section, we will examine these three basic points in general outlines:

The First Insurmountable Step: The Origin of Life The theory of evolution posits that all living species evolved from a single living cell that emerged on Earth 3.8 billion years ago, supposed to have happened as a result of coincidences. How a single cell could generate millions of complex living species and, if such an evolution really occurred, why traces of it cannot be observed in the fossil record are some of the questions that the theory cannot answer.

However, first and foremost, we need to ask: How did this "first cell" originate?

Since the theory of evolution ignorantly denies Creation, it maintains that the "first cell" originated as a product of blind coincidences within the laws of nature, without any plan or arrangement. According to the theory, inanimate matter must have produced a living cell as a result of coincidences. Such a claim, however, is inconsistent with the most unassailable rules of biology.

"Life Comes From Life" In his book, Darwin never referred to the origin of life. The primitive understanding of science in his time rested on the assumption that living beings had a very simple structure. Since medieval times, spontaneous generation, which asserts that non-living materials came together to form living organisms, had been widely accepted. It was commonly believed that insects came into being from food leftovers, and mice from wheat. Interesting experiments were conducted to prove this theory. Some wheat was placed on a dirty piece of cloth, and it was believed that mice would originate from it after a while.

Similarly, maggots developing in rotting meat was assumed to be evidence of spontaneous generation. However, it was later understood that worms did not appear on meat spontaneously, but were

carried there by flies in the form of larvae, invisible to the naked eye.

Even when Darwin wrote The Origin of Species, the belief that bacteria could come into existence from non-living matter was widely accepted in the world of science.

However, five years after the publication of Darwin's book, Louis Pasteur announced his results after long studies and experiments, that disproved spontaneous generation, a cornerstone of Darwin's theory. In his triumphal lecture at the Sorbonne in 1864, Pasteur said: "Never will the doctrine of spontaneous generation recover from the mortal blow struck by this simple experiment."5 For a long time, advocates of the theory of evolution resisted these findings. However, as the development of science unraveled the complex structure of the cell of a living being, the idea that life could come into being coincidentally faced an even greater impasse.

Inconclusive Efforts of the Twentieth Century The first evolutionist who took up the subject of the origin of life in the twentieth century was the renowned Russian biologist Alexander Oparin. With various theses he advanced in the 1930s, he tried to prove that a living cell could originate by coincidence. These studies, however, were doomed to failure, and Oparin had to make the following confession: Unfortunately, however, the problem of the origin of the cell is perhaps the most obscure point in the whole study of the evolution of organisms.6

Evolutionist followers of Oparin tried to carry out experiments to solve this problem. The best known experiment was carried out by the American chemist Stanley Miller in 1953. Combining the gases he alleged to have existed in the primordial Earth's atmosphere in an experiment set-up, and adding energy to the mixture, Miller synthesized several organic molecules (amino acids) present in the structure of proteins.

Barely a few years had passed before it was revealed that this experiment, which was then presented as an important step in the name of evolution, was invalid, for the atmosphere used in the experiment was very different from the real Earth conditions.7 After a long silence, Miller confessed that the atmosphere medium he used was unrealistic.8 All the evolutionists' efforts throughout the twentieth century to explain the origin of life ended in failure. The geochemist Jeffrey Bada, from the San Diego Scripps Institute accepts this fact in an article published in Earth magazine in 1998: Today as we leave the twentieth century, we still face the biggest unsolved problem that we had when we entered the twentieth century: How did life originate on Earth?9

The Complex Structure of Life The primary reason why evolutionists ended up in such a great impasse regarding the origin of life is that even those living organisms Darwinists deemed to be the simplest have outstandingly complex features. The cell of a living thing is more complex than all of our manmade technological products. Today, even in the most developed laboratories of the world, no single protein of the cell, let alone a living cell itself, can be produced by bringing organic chemicals together.

One of the facts nullifying the theory of evolution is the incredibly complex structure of life. The DNA molecule located in the nucleus of cells of living beings is an example of this. The DNA is a sort of databank formed of the arrangement of four different molecules in different sequences. This databank contains the codes of all the physical traits of that living being. When the human DNA is put into writing, it is calculated that this would result in an encyclopedia made up of 900 volumes. Unquestionably, such extraordinary information definitively refutes the concept of coincidence.

quantity to be explained away by coincidences. However, there is no need to explain the situation with these details. Evolutionists are at a dead-end even before reaching the stage of the cell. That is because the probability of just a single protein, an essential building block of the cell, coming into being by chance is mathematically "0."

The main reason for this is the need for other proteins to be present if one protein is to form, and this completely eradicates the possibility of chance formation. This fact by itself is sufficient to eliminate the evolutionist claim of chance right from the outset. To summarize, 1. Protein cannot be synthesized without enzymes, and enzymes are all proteins.

2. Around 100 proteins need to be present in order for a single protein to be synthesized. There therefore need to be proteins for proteins to exist.

3. DNA manufactures the protein-synthesizing enzymes. Protein cannot be synthesized without DNA. DNA is therefore also needed in order for proteins to form.

4. All the organelles in the cell have important tasks in protein synthesis. In other words, in order for proteins to form a perfect and fully functioning cell needs to exist together with all its organelles.

The DNA molecule, which is located in the nucleus of a cell and which stores genetic information, is a magnificent databank. If the information coded in DNA were written down, it would make a giant library consisting of an estimated 900 volumes of encyclopedias consisting of 500 pages each.

A very interesting dilemma emerges at this point: DNA can replicate itself only with the help of some specialized proteins (enzymes).

However, the synthesis of these enzymes can be realized only by the information coded in DNA. As they both depend on each other, they have to exist at the same time for replication. This brings the scenario that life originated by itself to a deadlock. Prof. Leslie Orgel, an evolutionist of repute from the University of San Diego, California, confesses this fact in the September 1994 issue of the Scientific American magazine: It is extremely improbable that proteins and nucleic acids, both of which are structurally complex, arose spontaneously in the same place at the same time. Yet it also seems impossible to have one without the other. And so, at first glance, one might have to conclude that life could never, in fact, have originated by chemical means.10

No doubt, if it is impossible for life to have originated spontaneously as a result of blind coincidences, then it has to be accepted that life was "created." This fact explicitly invalidates the theory of evolution, whose main purpose is to deny Creation.

Imaginary Mechanism of Evolution The second important point that negates Darwin's theory is that both concepts put forward by the theory as "evolutionary mechanisms" were understood to have, in reality, no evolutionary power.

Darwin based his evolution allegation entirely on the mechanism of "natural selection." The importance he placed on this mechanism was evident in the name of his book: The Origin of Species, By Means of Natural Selection‌ Natural selection holds that those living things that are stronger and more suited to the natural conditions of their habitats will survive in the struggle for life. For example, in a deer herd under the threat of attack by wild animals, those that can run faster will survive. Therefore, the deer herd will be comprised of faster and stronger individu-

als. However, unquestionably, this mechanism will not cause deer to evolve and transform themselves into another living species, for instance, horses.

Therefore, the mechanism of natural selection has no evolutionary power. Darwin was also aware of this fact and had to state this in his book The Origin of Species: Natural selection can do nothing until favorable individual differences or variations occur.11

Lamarck's Impact So, how could these "favorable variations" occur? Darwin tried to answer this question from the standpoint of the primitive understanding of science at that time. According to the French biologist Chevalier de Lamarck (1744-1829), who lived before Darwin, living creatures passed on the traits they acquired during their lifetime to the next generation. He asserted that these traits, which accumulated from one generation to another, caused new species to be formed. For instance, he claimed that giraffes evolved from antelopes; as they struggled to eat the leaves of high trees, their necks were extended from generation to generation.

Darwin also gave similar examples. In his book The Origin of Species, for instance, he said that some bears going into water to find food transformed themselves into whales over time.12 However, the laws of inheritance discovered by Gregor Mendel (1822-84) and verified by the science of genetics, which flourished in the twentieth century, utterly demolished the legend that acquired traits were passed on to subsequent generations. Thus, natural selection fell out of favor as an evolutionary mechanism.

Neo-Darwinism and Mutations In order to find a solution, Darwinists advanced the "Modern Synthetic Theory," or as it is more commonly known, Neo-Darwinism, at the end of the 1930s. Neo-Darwinism added mutations, which are distortions formed in the genes of living beings due to such external factors as radiation or replication errors, as the "cause of favorable variations" in addition to natural mutation.

Today, the model that Darwinists espouse, despite their own awareness of its scientific invalidity, is neo-Darwinism. The theory maintains that millions of living beings formed as a result of a process whereby numerous complex organs of these organisms (e.g., ears, eyes, lungs, and wings) underwent "mutations," that is, genetic disorders. Yet, there is an outright scientific fact that totally undermines this theory: Mutations do not cause living beings to develop; on the contrary, they are always harmful.

The reason for this is very simple: DNA has a very complex structure, and random effects can only harm it.

The American geneticist B. G. Ranganathan explains this as follows:

Since the beginning of the twentieth century, evolutionary biologists have sought examples of beneficial mutations by creating mutant flies. But these efforts have always resulted in sick and deformed creatures. To the side can be seen a fly subjected to mutation.

First, genuine mutations are very rare in nature. Secondly, most mutations are harmful since they are random, rather than orderly changes in the structure of genes; any random change in a highly ordered system will be for the worse, not for the better. For example, if an earthquake were to shake a highly ordered structure such as a building, there would be a random change in the framework of the building which, in all probability, would not be an improvement.13

Not surprisingly, no mutation example, which is useful, that is, which is observed to develop the genetic code, has been observed so far. All mutations have proved to be harmful. It was understood that mutation, which is presented as an "evolutionary mechanism," is actually a genetic occurrence that harms living things, and leaves them disabled. (The most common effect of mutation on human beings is cancer.) Of course, a destructive mechanism cannot be an "evolutionary mechanism." Natural selection, on the other hand, "can do nothing by itself," as Darwin also accepted. This fact shows us that there is no "evolutionary mechanism" in nature. Since no evolutionary mechanism exists, no such imaginary process called "evolution" could have taken place.

The Fossil Record: No Sign of Intermediate Forms The clearest evidence that the scenario suggested by the theory of evolution did not take place is the fossil record.

According to the unscientific supposition of this theory, every living species has sprung from a predecessor. A previously existing species turned into something else over time and all species have come into being in this way. In other words, this transformation proceeds gradually over millions of years.

Had this been the case, numerous intermediary species should have existed and lived within this long transformation period.

LIVING FOSSILS REFUTE EVOLUTION Fossils are evidence that evolution never happened. As revealed by the fossil record, living organisms were created complete with all their characteristics, and have never changed since they first appeared and for as long as they existed. Fish have always been fish, insects have always been insects and reptiles have always been reptiles. There are no scientific grounds for the claim that species gradually develop. All beings are created by Allah.

For instance, some half-fish/half-reptiles should have lived in the past which had acquired some reptilian traits in addition to the fish traits they already had. Or there should have existed some reptilebirds, which acquired some bird traits in addition to the reptilian traits they already had. Since these would be in a transitional phase, they should be disabled, defective, crippled living beings. Evolutionists refer to these imaginary creatures, which they believe to have lived in the past, as "transitional forms."

If such animals ever really existed, there should be millions and even billions of them in number and variety. More importantly, the remains of these strange creatures should be present in the fossil record. In The Origin of Species, Darwin explained:

If my theory be true, numberless intermediate varieties, linking most closely all of the species of the same group together must assuredly have existed... Consequently, evidence of their former existence could be found only amongst fossil remains.14 However, Darwin was well aware that no fossils of these intermediate forms had yet been found. He regarded this as a major difficulty for his theory. In one chapter of his book titled "Difficulties on Theory," he wrote: Why, if species have descended from other species by insensibly fine gradations, do we not everywhere see innumerable transitional forms? Why is not all nature in confusion instead of the species being, as we see them, well defined?.. But, as by this theory innumerable transitional forms must have existed, why do we not find them embedded in countless numbers in the crust of the earth?..

Why then is not every geological formation and every stratum full of such intermediate links? 15

Darwin's Hopes Shattered However, although evolutionists have been making strenuous efforts to find fossils since the middle of the nineteenth century all over the world, no transitional forms have yet been uncovered. All of the fossils, contrary to the evolutionists' expectations, show that life appeared on Earth all of a sudden and fully-formed.

One famous British paleontologist, Derek V. Ager, admits this fact, even though he is an evolutionist: The point emerges that if we examine the fossil record in detail, whether at the level of orders or of species, we find – over and over again – not gradual evolution, but the sudden explosion of one group at the expense of another.16

This means that in the fossil record, all living species suddenly emerge as fully formed, without any intermediate forms in between.

This is just the opposite of Darwin's assumptions. Also, this is very strong evidence that all living things are created. The only explanation of a living species emerging suddenly and complete in every detail without any evolutionary ancestor is that it was created. This fact is admitted also by the widely known evolutionist biologist Douglas Futuyma: Creation and evolution, between them, exhaust the possible explanations for the origin of living things. Organisms either appeared on the earth fully developed or they did not. If they did not, they must have developed from pre-existing species by some process of modification. If they did appear in a fully developed state, they must indeed have been created by some omnipotent intelligence.17 Fossils show that living beings emerged fully developed and in a perfect state on the Earth. That means that "the origin of species," contrary to Darwin's supposition, is not evolution, but Creation.

Evolutionist newspapers and magazines often print pictures of imaginary “primitive� man. The only available source for these pictures is the imagination of the artist. Evolutionary theory has been so dented by scientific data that today we see less and less of it in the serious press.

The Tale of Human Evolution The subject most often brought up by advocates of the theory of evolution is the subject of the origin of man. The Darwinist claim holds that man evolved from so-called ape-like creatures. During this alleged evolutionary process, which is supposed to have started 4-5 million years ago, some "transitional forms" between man and his imaginary ancestors are supposed to have existed. According to this completely imaginary scenario, four basic "categories" are listed: 1. Australopithecus 2. Homo habilis 3. Homo erectus 4. Homo sapiens Evolutionists call man's so-called first ape-like ancestors Australopithecus, which means "South African ape." These living beings

are actually nothing but an old ape species that has become extinct.

Extensive research done on various Australopithecus specimens by two world famous anatomists from England and the USA, namely, Lord Solly Zuckerman and Prof. Charles Oxnard, shows that these apes belonged to an ordinary ape species that became extinct and bore no resemblance to humans.18 Evolutionists classify the next stage of human evolution as "homo," that is "man." According to their claim, the living beings in the Homo series are more developed than Australopithecus. Evolutionists devise a fanciful evolution scheme by arranging different fossils of these creatures in a particular order. This scheme is imaginary because it has never been proved that there is an evolutionary relation between these different classes. Ernst Mayr, one of the twentieth century's most important evolutionists, contends in his book One Long Argument that "particularly historical [puzzles] such as the origin of life or of Homo sapiens, are extremely difficult and may even resist a final, satisfying explanation."19 By outlining the link chain as Australopithecus > Homo habilis > Homo erectus > Homo sapiens, evolutionists imply that each of these species is one another's ancestor. However, recent findings of paleoanthropologists have revealed that Australopithecus, Homo habilis, and Homo erectus lived at different parts of the world at the same time.20 Moreover, a certain segment of humans classified as Homo erectus have lived up until very modern times. Homo sapiens neandarthalensis and Homo sapiens sapiens (man) co-existed in the same region.21 This situation apparently indicates the invalidity of the claim that they are ancestors of one another. The late Stephen Jay Gould explained this deadlock of the theory of evolution although he was himself one of the leading advocates of evolution in the twentieth century: What has become of our ladder if there are three coexisting lineages

of hominids (A. africanus, the robust australopithecines, and H. habilis), none clearly derived from another? Moreover, none of the three display any evolutionary trends during their tenure on earth.22

Put briefly, the scenario of human evolution, which is "upheld" with the help of various drawings of some "half ape, half human" creatures appearing in the media and course books, that is, frankly, by means of propaganda, is nothing but a tale with no scientific foundation.

Lord Solly Zuckerman, one of the most famous and respected scientists in the U.K., who carried out research on this subject for years and studied Australopithecus fossils for 15 years, finally concluded, despite being an evolutionist himself, that there is, in fact, no such family tree branching out from ape-like creatures to man.

Zuckerman also made an interesting "spectrum of science" ranging from those he considered scientific to those he considered unscientific.

"scientific"—that is, depending on concrete data—fields of science are chemistry and physics. After them come the biological sciences and then the social sciences. At the far end of the spectrum, which is the part considered to be most "unscientific," are "extra-sensory perception"—concepts such as telepathy and sixth sense—and finally "human evolution." Zuckerman explains his reasoning: We then move right off the register of objective truth into those fields of presumed biological science, like extrasensory perception or the interpretation of man's fossil history, where to the faithful [evolutionist] anything is possible – and where the ardent believer [in evolution] is sometimes able to believe several contradictory things at the same time.23

Darwinian Formula!

Besides all the technical evidence we have dealt with so far, let us now for once, examine what kind of a superstition the evolutionists have with an example so simple as to be understood even by children: The theory of evolution asserts that life is formed by chance. According to this irrational claim, lifeless and unconscious atoms came together to form the cell and then they somehow formed other living things, including man. Let us think about that.

When we bring together the elements that are the building-blocks of life such as carbon, phosphorus, nitrogen and potassium, only a heap is formed. No matter what treatments it undergoes, this atomic heap cannot form even a single living being. If you like, let us formulate an "experiment" on this subject and let us examine on

the behalf of evolutionists what they really claim without pronouncing loudly under the name "Darwinian formula": Let evolutionists put plenty of materials present in the composition of living things such as phosphorus, nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, iron, and magnesium into big barrels. . Moreover, let them add in these barrels any material that does not exist under normal conditions, but they think as necessary. Let them add in this mixture as many amino acids and as many proteins—a single one of which can by no means form by chance— as they like. Let them expose these mixtures to as much heat and moisture as they like. Let them stir these with whatever technologically developed device they like. Let them put the foremost scientists beside these barrels. Let these experts wait in turn beside these barrels for billions, and even trillions of years. Let them be free to use all kinds of conditions they believe to be necessary for a human's formation. No matter what they do, they cannot produce from these barrels a human, say a professor that examines his cell structure under the electron microscope. They cannot produce giraffes, lions, bees, canaries, horses, dolphins, roses, orchids, lilies, carnations, bananas, oranges, apples, dates, tomatoes, melons, watermelons, figs, olives, grapes, peaches, peafowls, pheasants, multicolored butterflies, or millions of other living beings such as these.

Indeed, they could not obtain even a single cell of any one of them.

Briefly, unconscious atoms cannot form the cell by coming together. They cannot take a new decision and divide this cell into two, then take other decisions and create the professors who first invent the electron microscope and then examine their own cell structure under that microscope. Matter is an unconscious, lifeless heap, and it comes to life with Allah's superior creation.

The theory of evolution, which claims the opposite, is a total fallacy completely contrary to reason. Thinking even a little bit on the claims of evolutionists discloses this reality, just as in the above example.

Technology in the Eye and the Ear Another subject that remains unanswered by evolutionary theory is the excellent quality of perception in the eye and the ear.

Before passing on to the subject of the eye, let us briefly answer the question of how we see. Light rays coming from an object fall oppositely on the eye's retina. Here, these light rays are transmitted into electric signals by cells and reach a tiny spot at the back of the brain, the "center of vision." These electric signals are perceived in this center as an image after a series of processes. With this technical background, let us do some thinking.

The brain is insulated from light. That means that its inside is completely dark, and that no light reaches the place where it is located.

Thus, the "center of vision" is never touched by light and may even be the darkest place you have ever known. However, you observe a luminous, bright world in this pitch darkness.

The image formed in the eye is so sharp and distinct that even the technology of the twentieth century has not been able to attain it. For instance, look at the book you are reading, your hands with which you are holding it, and then lift your head and look around you.

Have you ever seen such a sharp and distinct image as this one at any other place? Even the most developed television screen produced by the greatest television producer in the world cannot provide such a sharp image for you. This is a three-dimensional, colored, and extremely sharp image. For more than 100 years, thousands of engineers have been trying to achieve this sharpness. Factories, huge premises were established, much research has been done, plans and designs have been made for this purpose. Again, look at a TV screen and the book you hold in your hands. You will see that there is a big difference in sharpness and distinction. Moreover, the TV screen shows you a two-dimensional image, whereas with your eyes, you watch a threedimensional perspective with depth.

For many years, tens of thousands of engineers have tried to make a three-dimensional TV and achieve the vision quality of the eye. Yes, they have made a three-dimensional television system, but it is not possible to watch it without putting on special 3-D glasses; moreover, it is only an artificial three-dimension. The background is more blurred, the foreground appears like a paper setting. Never has it been possible to produce a sharp and distinct vision like that of the eye. In both the camera and the television, there is a loss of image quality.

Evolutionists claim that the mechanism producing this sharp and distinct image has been formed by chance. Now, if somebody told you that the television in your room was formed as a result of chance, that all of its atoms just happened to come together and make up this device that produces an image, what would you think? How can atoms do what thousands of people cannot?

If a device producing a more primitive image than the eye could not have been formed by chance, then it is very evident that the eye and the image seen by the eye could not have been formed by chance.

The same situation applies to the ear. The outer ear picks up the available sounds by the auricle and directs them to the middle ear, the middle ear transmits the sound vibrations by intensifying them, and the inner ear sends these vibrations to the brain by translating them into electric signals. Just as with the eye, the act of hearing finalizes in the center of hearing in the brain.

The situation in the eye is also true for the ear. That is, the brain is insulated from sound just as it is from light. It does not let any sound in. Therefore, no matter how noisy is the outside, the inside of the brain is completely silent. Nevertheless, the sharpest sounds are perceived in the brain. In your completely silent brain, you listen to symphonies, and hear all of the noises in a crowded place. However, were the sound level in your brain measured by a precise device at that moment, complete silence would be found to be prevailing there.

As is the case with imagery, decades of effort have been spent in trying to generate and reproduce sound that is faithful to the original.

The results of these efforts are sound recorders, high-fidelity systems, and systems for sensing sound. Despite all of this technology and the thousands of engineers and experts who have been working on this endeavor, no sound has yet been obtained that has the same sharpness and clarity as the sound perceived by the ear. Think of the highest-quality hi-fi systems produced by the largest company in the music industry. Even in these devices, when sound is recorded some of it is lost; or when you turn on a hi-fi you always hear a hissing sound before the music starts. However, the sounds that are the products of the human body's technology are extremely sharp and clear. A human ear never perceives a sound accompanied by a hissing sound or with atmospherics as does a hi-fi; rather, it perceives sound exactly as it is, sharp and clear. This is the way it has been since the creation of man.

So far, no man-made visual or recording apparatus has been as sensitive and successful in perceiving sensory data as are the eye and the ear. However, as far as seeing and hearing are concerned, a far greater truth lies beyond all this.

To Whom Does the Consciousness that Sees and Hears within the Brain Belong?

Who watches an alluring world in the brain, listens to symphonies and the twittering of birds, and smells the rose?

The stimulations coming from a person's eyes, ears, and nose travel to the brain as electro-chemical nerve impulses. In biology, physiology, and biochemistry books, you can find many details about how this image forms in the brain. However, you will never come across the most important fact: Who perceives these electro-chemical nerve impulses as images, sounds, odors, and sensory events in the

We live our whole life in our brains. People we see, flowers we smell, music we hear, fruit we taste, the moisture we feel with our hands—all these are impressions that become "reality" in the brain. But no colors, voices or pictures exist there. We live in an environment of electrical impulses. This is no theory, but the scientific explanation of how we perceive the outside world.

brain? There is a consciousness in the brain that perceives all this without feeling any need for an eye, an ear, and a nose. To whom does this consciousness belong? Of course it does not belong to the nerves, the fat layer, and neurons comprising the brain. This is why Darwinist-materialists, who believe that everything is comprised of matter, cannot answer these questions.

For this consciousness is the spirit created by Allah, which needs neither the eye to watch the images nor the ear to hear the sounds. Furthermore, it does not need the brain to think.

Everyone who reads this explicit and scientific fact should ponder on Almighty Allah, and fear and seek refuge in Him, for He squeezes the entire universe in a pitch-dark place of a few cubic centimeters in a three-dimensional, colored, shadowy, and luminous form.

A Materialist Faith The information we have presented so far shows us that the theory of evolution is incompatible with scientific findings. The theory's claim regarding the origin of life is inconsistent with science, the evolutionary mechanisms it proposes have no evolutionary power, and fossils demonstrate that the required intermediate forms have never existed. So, it certainly follows that the theory of evolution should be pushed aside as an unscientific idea. This is how many ideas, such as the Earth-centered universe model, have been taken out of the agenda of science throughout history.

However, the theory of evolution is kept on the agenda of science. Some people even try to represent criticisms directed against it as an "attack on science." Why? The reason is that this theory is an indispensable dogmatic belief for some circles. These circles are blindly devoted to materialist philosophy and adopt Darwinism because it is the only materialist explanation that can be put forward to explain the workings of nature.

Interestingly enough, they also confess this fact from time to time.

A well-known geneticist and an outspoken evolutionist, Richard C. Lewontin from Harvard University, confesses that he is "first and foremost a materialist and then a scientist": It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is absolute, so we cannot allow a Divine [intervention]...24

These are explicit statements that Darwinism is a dogma kept alive just for the sake of adherence to materialism. This dogma main-

tains that there is no being save matter. Therefore, it argues that inanimate, unconscious matter brought life into being. It insists that millions of different living species (e.g., birds, fish, giraffes, tigers, insects, trees, flowers, whales, and human beings) originated as a result of the interactions between matter such as pouring rain, lightning flashes, and so on, out of inanimate matter. This is a precept contrary both to reason and science. Yet Darwinists continue to ignorantly defend it just so as not to acknowledge, in their own eyes, the evident existence of Allah.

Anyone who does not look at the origin of living beings with a materialist prejudice sees this evident truth: All living beings are works of a Creator, Who is All-Powerful, All-Wise, and All-Knowing.

This Creator is Allah, Who created the whole universe from non-existence, in the most perfect form, and fashioned all living beings.

The Theory of Evolution: The Most Potent Spell in the World Anyone free of prejudice and the influence of any particular ideology, who uses only his or her reason and logic, will clearly understand that belief in the theory of evolution, which brings to mind the superstitions of societies with no knowledge of science or civilization, is quite impossible.

As explained above, those who believe in the theory of evolution think that a few atoms and molecules thrown into a huge vat could produce thinking, reasoning professors and university students; such scientists as Einstein and Galileo; such artists as Humphrey Bogart, Frank Sinatra and Luciano Pavarotti; as well as antelopes, lemon trees, and carnations. Moreover, as the scientists and professors who believe in this nonsense are educated people, it is quite justifiable to speak of this theory as "the most potent spell in history." Never before has any

other belief or idea so taken away peoples' powers of reason, refused to allow them to think intelligently and logically, and hidden the truth from them as if they had been blindfolded. This is an even worse and unbelievable blindness than the totem worship in some parts of Africa, the people of Saba worshipping the Sun, the tribe of the Prophet Abraham (pbuh) worshipping idols they had made with their own hands, or some among the people of the Prophet Moses (pbuh) worshipping the Golden Calf.

In fact, Allah has pointed to this lack of reason in the Qur'an. In many verses, He reveals that some peoples' minds will be closed and that they will be powerless to see the truth. Some of these verses are as follows: As for those who do not believe, it makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe.

Allah has sealed up their hearts and hearing and over their eyes is a blindfold. They will have a terrible punishment. (Surat alBaqara, 6-7) ‌ They have hearts with which they do not understand. They have eyes with which they do not see. They have ears with which they do not hear. Such people are like cattle. No, they are even further astray! They are the unaware. (Surat al-A'raf, 179) Even if We opened up to them a door into heaven, and they spent the day ascending through it, they would only say: "Our eyesight is befuddled! Or rather we have been put under a spell!" (Surat alHijr, 14-15)

Words cannot express just how astonishing it is that this spell should hold such a wide community in thrall, keep people from the truth, and not be broken for 150 years. It is understandable that one or a few people might believe in impossible scenarios and claims full of stupidity and illogicality. However, "magic" is the only possible ex-

planation for people from all over the world believing that unconscious and lifeless atoms suddenly decided to come together and form a universe that functions with a flawless system of organization, discipline, reason, and consciousness; a planet named Earth with all of its features so perfectly suited to life; and living things full of countless complex systems.

In fact, in the Qur'an Allah relates the incident of the Prophet Moses (pbuh) and Pharaoh to show that some people who support atheistic philosophies actually influence others by magic. When Pharaoh was told about the true religion, he told the Prophet Moses (pbuh) to meet with his own magicians. When the Prophet Moses (pbuh) did so, he told them to demonstrate their abilities first. The verses continue: He said: "You throw." And when they threw, they cast a spell on the people's eyes and caused them to feel great fear of them. They produced an extremely powerful magic. (Surat al-A'raf, 116)

As we have seen, Pharaoh's magicians were able to deceive everyone, apart from the Prophet Moses (pbuh) and those who believed in him. However, his evidence broke the spell, or "swallowed up what they had forged," as revealed in the verse: We revealed to Moses: "Throw down your staff." And it immediately swallowed up what they had forged. So the Truth took place and what they did was shown to be false. (Surat al-A'raf, 117-118)

As we can see, when people realized that a spell had been cast upon them and that what they saw was just an illusion, Pharaoh's magicians lost all credibility. In the present day too, unless those who, under the influence of a similar spell, believe in these ridiculous claims under their scientific disguise and spend their lives defending them, abandon their superstitious beliefs, they also will be humiliated when the full truth emerges and the spell is broken. In fact, world-renowned British writer and philosopher Malcolm Muggeridge, who was an

atheist defending evolution for some 60 years, but who subsequently realized the truth, reveals the position in which the theory of evolution would find itself in the near future in these terms: I myself am convinced that the theory of evolution, especially the extent to which it's been applied, will be one of the great jokes in the history books in the future. Posterity will marvel that so very flimsy and dubious an hypothesis could be accepted with the incredible credulity that it has.25 That future is not far off: On the contrary, people will soon see that "chance" is not a deity, and will look back on the theory of evolution as the worst deceit and the most terrible spell in the world. That spell is already rapidly beginning to be lifted from the shoulders of people all over the world. Many people who see its true face are wondering with amazement how they could ever have been taken in by it.
