Fan noticeboard WELCOME It’s been a good week here at the Abbey. Last Saturday’s comprehensive victory over Burton Albion certainly raised the mood amongst the supporters and gave Mark Bonner’s men an extra boost of confidence heading into the next few games. It was another memorable occasion, made all the greater by your fantastic support. Tuesday’s game against Millwall was a difficult one, but up against Championship opposition, the players did us proud with a valiant effort on the night. I hope you enjoy today’s programme. It comes from the effort of many people, which is why the contributors section on this page has been included, as it is only right and fair that everybody who plays their part is acknowledged. United in Endeavour.

We welcome Bolton Wanderers to The Abbey today for an exciting game in what I am sure will be a superb atmosphere. Both clubs will be pleased with the opening few games following our promotions last season and we know how tough a game it will be, understanding from our previous meetings and Bolton’s ambitions and expectations for this current season. Our game at Millwall on Tuesday was a good opportunity for some players to stake a claim for a starting spot today and important game time for those who need it, but just as crucially, a break for some of the players who have been playing a lot of late. We gave a good account of ourselves at The Den and were encouraged by how competitive we
were and the chances we created. Had we had a little more quality in our defensive play and transitions, we could have been in the game to an even greater extent, but I was pleased with many of the performances. We go into today’s game off the game of a successful Saturday last weekend and want to follow that with a similar performance in terms of spirit and organisation. The challenges keep coming in these early stages of the season and with a fourth consecutive Tuesday game next week, we have certainly had a busy start to the season. But players love games, and it gives us an opportunity to find flow and build momentum and we must continue trying to do that this afternoon. ■ www.cambridge-united.co.uk

Welcome to Bolton who come to the Abbey after two wins in a row. This early in the season they are, rightly, tipped by many as promotion contenders. As has been said many times already – there will be no easy games in League 1 and this will be another tough test. The last week has shown us that we can compete against tough opposition. The result against Burton, a side unbeaten until our 3-0 win, showed our passion and commitment. It matters not that two were own goals. We created the pressure and deserved the win. On Tuesday we performed well for much of the game against Millwall with some excellent performances and a great goal from George Williams. There is a lot to feel positive about. Taking a look away to other sport we have seen the start of the Paralympics in Tokyo this week. It is a reminder that sport is, and should be, available to all. Our Community Trust runs sports sessions every week allowing people with a range of disabilities to enjoy the benefits sport can bring. You can see the range on our website - Disability | Cambridge United Community Trust (cuctrust.co.uk) The opportunity to participate in sport is made available to many. Disabilities provided for include: Amputees,
Cerebral Palsy, Visually Impaired, Downs, Autism and Learning difficulties, the deaf and those with multiple disabilities. This week also saw us launch our partnership with Picture Path. Originally designed for schools to help those with Special Education Needs (SEN) this App helps, through pictures, SEN people understand what they will see when visiting the Abbey. In turn this will reduce their stress levels and, hopefully, will make it much easier for them to come to a game. We are the first football club in the UK to use this simple but effective measure. Back on the pitch Dimi Mitov was named as the player of the Round in the Carabao Cup for his outstanding performance in saving penalties and much more in our win against Swindon. He followed this with a fantastic performance v Burton last week which included a save at the end where he was more cat than keeper. I suspect I was not the only one in the crowd, in that moment, to liken him to Gordon Banks younger readers will have to rely on Google for that reference! Whatever the result today, expect energy, drive and determination from all of the team. Get behind them as you did last week and let the many Bolton fans hear your support. Enjoy the game. ■ www.cambridge-united.co.uk

Latest News Ironside pens new deal Joe Ironside this week signed a new contract with the club to extend his stay at the Abbey Stadium until June 2023. The 27-year-old striker scored 14 league goals last season to help fire the U’s to League Two promotion and with three league goals already this season, Ironside has continued his rich vein of goal-scoring form. “I am delighted to sign a new deal with the club and help carry on the great work that we are achieving together,” Ironside said. “To win promotion last season was personally a very proud moment. “It was an easy decision to continue playing under the coaching staff, with this group of players and for our amazing fans. I have loved every minute since walking through the door and the Gaffer, Gary and Barry and the whole coaching staff have been brilliant with me. “I am really excited about my future here at the Us and it is great to be back out there finally playing in front of the fans. I am looking forward to carrying on working hard and creating more memories with the club.” Mark Bonner said, “Joey had a superb season last year and an extension to his contract is well deserved. He is a focal point of the team when he plays and represents us with the endeavour, bravery and physicality we love to see.
“As a character he is one of many important men in our squad and played a large part in our success last season. We are enjoying working together and taking on the new challenge of League One.” ■

Today’s visitors Bolton Wanderers Bolton Wanderers are back in the League One after just one season in the fourth tier, in which they won promotion by finishing third, behind Cheltenham and of course, the U’s. Supporters of the Whites will be hoping that the club are now back on the rise following a dramatic fall from grace, which saw them go from the Premier League down to League Two within the space of nine seasons. They have made a strong start in their aim to return to the Championship, which they last competed in during the 2018/19 season, with two draws and two wins from their opening four games. After consecutive 3-3 draws against MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon, Bolton earned

victories against fellow promotion hopefuls Lincoln City and Oxford United. Much of their goal scoring hopes will rest on the form of striker Eoin Doyle, who scored 19 goals last season to help his team to promotion. Doyle played alongside Manager Evatt at Chesterfield and has scored twice already this season. New signing Josh Sheehan, who made the move to Lancashire after a number of stand-out seasons at Newport County, has also played a key role with two goals and an assist from midfield. In total, Cambridge have won 3, drawn 3 and lost 6 games against Bolton with today’s visitors picking up four points against the U’s last season in League Two. ■

This afternoon we welcome the supporters of Bolton Wanderers to the Abbey Stadium. Bolton are a club with a rich history going back to 1874. Bolton were one of the 12 founder members of the Football League, which formed in 1888. At the time Lancashire was one of the strongest footballing regions in the country, with 6 of the 12 founder clubs coming from within the boundaries of this historic county. Having remained in the Football League since its formation, the name ‘Wanderers’ was chosen as the club initially had a lot of difficulty finding a permanent ground to play on, having used three venues in their first four years of existence. One of the most important days in their history was when they won the 1923 FA Cup Final before a crowd of 126,047 (official) or up to 300,000 (estimate). The match is often referred to as the “White Horse Final” after the police horse that moved the crowd off the pitch for the match to commence. The EFL organise the Family Excellence Scheme which was launched during the 2006/07 season to reward clubs in their efforts to deliver an outstanding match-day family experience.
The scheme revolves around ‘mystery fan’ visits made to all EFL clubs each season, with assessors and family groups reporting back on their experiences across a range of touchpoints. The assessments and the feedback they produce help foster a commitment to continuous improvement, and the scheme has seen clubs set benchmark standards in providing such things as family fun zones, family-oriented concourse entertainment, matchday activity schedules, creative catering options, interaction with club mascots, players and enthusiastic family-friendly club staff. These visits, and the positive changes made as a result, go towards determining whether clubs are awarded Family Excellence status each season, a desirable and important endorsement to further promote the matchday experiences they offer to new and existing families and their wider fan-bases. The following are the list of clubs that obtained the Gold Award for the 2019/2020 season = Blackburn Rovers, Brentford, Cardiff City, Doncaster Rovers, Exeter City, Luton Town, Middlesbrough, Peterborough United, Plymouth Argyle, Queens Park Rangers. Cambridge United obtained the Silver Award, so we still have some work to work to reach those obtaining the Gold Standard. One of the clubs that leads in this area is Doncaster who we play against Saturday 4th September against Doncaster. If you want to purchase tickets for the Away Travel coach, visit CFU’s website. Having attended Family Excellence meetings during recent years, Doncaster really do go that further step and show what is possible during the lead up to and on matchdays. Every club has different facilities available to them and it is easier to do events in newly built stadiums, however it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t try. Please look after yourself and enjoy following the team home and away this season. You can contact me via dave.matthewjones@cambridge-united.co.uk. www.cambridge-united.co.uk

Memories Down CUT THROAT LANE Afternoon and welcome back to the field of dreams, or is it common, to the whites from Bolton. My notes are written before the trip to the Lions’ Den so I am still wallowing in the aftermath of the Marmite-bashing. Nice to record our first home league win against them since our return to normal affairs in 2014. Not exactly a wistful trip down Cut Throat Lane this one but 28 August 1982 it is and who was in town? None other than Chelsea. Who could forget their three previous visits, eh? Certainly most of the residents between Coldhams Lane and the station couldn’t! More ‘entertainment’ was to follow in the next two seasons culminating in our last league fixture v the Pensioners in February 1984 when the natives got particularly restless. We met ten times overall in those second division halcyon days; eight defeats, one win and a draw so not a side to be missed. On that bright August bank
holiday weekend afternoon a certain Robson ‘popped’ up with the winner to send the visiting hordes home happy, a crowd of 8,124 in attendance that day. The programme was a fairly bog standard affair for the time, flicking through a fairly jolly periodical one thing stood out for me on the mascots page. None other than Nigel Looker, son of our dearly departed Carol whose death passed its first anniversary just on Saturday past. On this day in 1963 200,000 people marched on Washington D.C. in a civil rights movement protest which culminated famously in a certain speech by Martin Luther King, jr. It seems that Abba took a liking to it in a different way sixteen years later! Enjoy the old programme and today’s game! ■

Hot OffAndrew the Habbin Stephen “The Universe has a way of favouring the underdog” Curtis Tyrone Jones So far the word on the traditionally cautious Habbin has suggested that we were bound to lose to Oxford because they were in the playoffs last season and that Burton were similarly too good for the likes of us. Burton also wear a sort of yellow shirt and had already won their opening three games. Unfancied, newly promoted, underfunded and unfashionable, Cambridge would do well just to keep the score down. Except, of course, as the game wore on, we began to outplay them. No one, not even Burton, had expected that. At 2-0 up, the Habbinites were still nervous. At 3-0 the realisation dawned that Burton were under siege. Two up-front and the masterful Masterson at the back meant that we were dominating a game which was meant to be a struggle. We must keep Masterson after January if we can. He is going to be some player. It was difficult to choose a Man of the Match. Williams, Digby, Ironside, Miov and Jones all stood out. However, Wes Hoolahan was by far the best player on the pitch - a player as good as anyone in League One. We just have to keep him fit.
So what about Bolton then? Another dose of David against Goliath? Certainly Wanderers have made 12 pre-season signings and clearly mean business. Their ground is bigger and better than ours, as was Burnden Park. Their Tom Finney was, arguably better than ours. But having an illustrious history, a huge fan base and spending a lot of money doesn’t guarantee anything on the pitch or on the day. We fight for the right and it seems to me that we have already adjusted to this new level, full of big names as it is. Two things stand out in my mind from games against Bolton. The first was an almighty bust up between rival fans on Coldham’s Common after a game in the 80’s. One of our fans was bitten, provoking some undiplomatic remarks about the North. More annoyingly, I remember a match from the Alladyce era when we were robbed of an historic FA Cup win against them. Leading 1-0, and deservedly so, Trevor Benjamin was scythed down for the most obvious penalty award you will ever see. It should have been a sending off, too. The referee bottled both decisions and the Trotters eventually stumbled to a 3-1 win. Every week, when I see Joe Ironside getting absolutely nothing from referees, I think of that game. It is clearly an offence to be big and strong. Sizeist I say. Football is notoriously unpredictable. Teams fight for the right to win. This United side never know when they are beaten. Around the Division LEAGUE ONE ROUND-UP Before the season started, there was a plethora of potential and promise that this would prove to be the most competitive third tier campaign in years. It’s safe to state that it’s lived up to expectations thus far, with thrills and spills aplenty. As ever, let’s digest the trials and tribulations of Sky Bet League One. In the early kick-off, Sheffield Wednesday made it three wins in a row with a 0-2 win at Rotherham United. A penalty save from goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell on the brink of half-time inspired the Owls to a resurgent second half, where Florian Kamberi and Lee Gregory struck to send the visitors to the summit and force the Millers down to 11th. An early Sam Vokes header proved the difference at Adams Park as pace-setters Wycombe Wanderers boosted their tally to 10 points for the season with a 1-0 success over Lincoln City. Despite endeavour, the Imps couldn’t recover from the hosts’ rampant start and slide to 17th after consecutive losses. Portsmouth also reached double digits on Saturday afternoon, but rued a golden opportunity as Pontus Dahlberg’s penalty save earned Doncaster Rovers a 0-0 stalemate draw. Relief for Richie Wellens, whose side battled valiantly for their first point of the campaign. It’s now three on the bounce for Accrington Stanley, who secured a 0-1 win against 10-man Crewe Alexandra at Gresty Road to climb to 4th. Michael Nottingham punished his former club by lashing home on the 17th minute before helping to grind out maximum points. A challenging start for the Railwaymen, they possess just the solitary point. Sunderland made an immediate return to
22

winning ways with a deserved 1-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon at the Stadium of Light. Carl Winchester’s ambitious attempt from 30 yards on the 64th minute was enough to separate the sides, putting the Black Cats in 5th and shifting the Dons to 14th and winless in three. Cambridge United conjured up their first three points in the third tier since April 2002 after an emphatic 3-0 triumph over strong-starters Burton Albion at the Abbey Stadium. In a rampant second half, a deflected Sam Smith effort and two quickfire own goals from Tom Hamer helped Mark Bonner’s men ascend to 12th and push a shell-shocked Brewers into 6th. Bolton Wanderers are the fourth and final side unbeaten following a 2-1 defeat of Oxford United. The U’s took an early lead courtesy of Matty Taylor, but the Trotters bode their time and engineered a comeback thanks to Oladapo Afolayan and Eoin Doyle to ensure 7th place - a point and three places ahead of their opponents. Plymouth Argyle are in a healthy 8th position after a comprehensive 0-3 win at Shrewsbury Town. Ryan Hardie grabbed a brace with strike partner Luke Jephcott also getting in on the mark. The result compiled further misery on Salop, who are bottom of the pile and still await their first point and goal. There was late drama at the Valley as Wigan Athletic snatched a 0-2 success over Charlton Athletic. Full-back Tendayi Darikwa broke the deadlock on the brink of injury time before James McClean, who returned to the former FA Cup winners during the week, capped off his debut with a stoppage time goal to steer the Latics up to 9th. On the contrary, the
on the 25th minute. With time running out, Vadaine Oliver stayed composed from the spot to bury home the winner and send the Gills to 15th with the Shrimps a place and point behind. A last-gasp strike earned Fleetwood a 3-2 win at home to Cheltenham Town amid a hectic conclusion at Highbury. An early opener from Callum Wright was cancelled out by Tom Clarke’s header for the Cod Army. The roles were reversed when the hosts took the lead on 81 through Darnell Johnson, only for Alfie May to equalise several minutes later to surely snatch a draw. The drama wasn’t done there however, with Shayden Morris striking at the death to move his side out of the drop and a point shy of the dejected Robins. ■ Owen Mizon
Addicks’ slow start continues. They make up the final relegation spot and obtain a single point. Also surprisingly yet to taste victory in 2021/22 are Ipswich Town, who shared the spoils with MK Dons in an entertaining 2-2 clash at Portman Road. Macauley Bonne netted twice for the Tractor Boys but the Dons hit back each time through Scott Twine and Matt O’Riley respectively. The well-earned point for the visitors sees them in 13th with Paul Lambert’s side languishing in 20th. Gillingham are off and running for the campaign after seeing off Morecambe 2-1 at Priestfield Stadium. The hosts drew first blood after just four minutes through Mustapha Carayol, but Cole Stockton’s 4th goal of the season levelled things up

August saw the return of our Academy schoolboy age groups following a six-week summer break. The coaching staff welcomed back our U9s - U14s age groups who will now prepare for their Cat 3 games programme which will begin in September. The month of August allows the coaching staff the freedom and opportunity to organise games against Academies outside the Cat 3 games programme, helping us provide variety and diversity for our players as well as offering us a unique opportunity to increase our contact time with the

children as they are still on their school summer holidays. The first couple of weeks has seen the Academy train twice a week in the evenings and play fixtures during the day against Charlton Athletic, West Ham United and Norwich City. In addition to these games, we have also participated in competitive tournaments which has exposed the Academy players to knockout football, which we believe will help support long term player development and help prepare players for the challenges that future games will present.
This past week our U9s, U10s and U11s competed against a variety of clubs up and down the country to progress through to the group stages. Our U13s enjoyed great success, navigating themselves through the group stages and knockout rounds, leading to them beating Southend United in the final on penalties. Please keep an eye out on our Academy Twitter page this weekend for updates
as our U8s-U13s will be playing in the Europaths tournaments, which are taking place in Middlesex. We have been really pleased with the commitment, session attendances and eagerness the players have displayed in the first couple weeks back and we cannot wait to continue to support the players’ development across the 2021/22 season. ■

Community Trust United in Learning Returns!
Football club staff and supporters offered new bursaries to study at University of Cambridge in 2021. The University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) and Cambridge United Football Club’s charity – Cambridge United Community Trust (CUCT), are delighted to announce their intention to provide four more 100% tuition fee bursaries in the upcoming 2021-2022 academic year. Neil Weston and Sam Squire were two previous recipients of “United in Learning” 100% tuition fee bursaries. They both completed courses at Cambridge University through a new bursary scheme that, with the help of the football club, aims to widen access to adult education within the local community. “I’d encourage other fans to look at what this could do for them: it’s an amazing opportunity to take advantage of what we have on our doorstep here in Cambridge.” Neil, United Fan “I was lost for words when I found I’d been accepted: I didn’t think university was necessarily going to be for me, but I have loved it – it is the best thing I’ve ever done.” Sam, Former young professional at Cambridge United. These new bursaries will enable four more of United’s supporters, players and coaches to enrol on an Institute of Continuing Education

Undergraduate Certificate course. There are so many different courses eligible for the new bursaries (coaching, business & management, philosophy etc.) and no existing academic qualifications are required for our Undergraduate Certificate courses – they are open to all. The Undergraduate Certificates will start in the 2021-22 and are all delivered on a parttime basis. Eligible applicants should be over 18, have a connection with Cambridge United Football Club or its’ Community Trust who do not already hold a recognised higher education level qualification and have limited financial means. This makes them accessible to those working or with other personal commitments which would preclude full-time study. Sam Gomarsall, Community Trust Manager, said: “It’s evident from the way that Sam and Neil speak about these bursaries that their experiences have had an incredible impact on their lives. We were delighted, therefore, when Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education reached out to offer the opportunity to run United in Learning again. Our vision is to use the power of sport and the brand of Cambridge United to empower our community and change lives and we know how important education is for achieving this. It’s fantastic to be collaborating with the University of Cambridge in this way. Applying for a Cambridge: United in Learning tuition fee bursary. Applicants apply for a bursary before making an application for a place on one of the designated list of Undergraduate Certificate courses on offer at ICE in autumn 2021, through the Institute’s online application portal. The deadline for bursary applications is 6th September. Applications will be assessed by a panel from ICE and Cambridge United. Full details of all courses are available on the ICE website.

“The players have been working harder than ever this week after the disappointing 1-0 defeat on the opening day”
while we weren’t at our best for a spell. Everyone talks about moments that change a game, and ours was a phenomenal goal line clearance from Carrie Bennett midway through the second half. To then go and score with just minutes left - substitute Tash Collins providing a perfect cross for Amy Howlett to convert proves how important that moment was. There was a lot about this game I liked. The impact of substitutes was important as we have discussed the part everyone has to play in each game, and I was also pleased with the resilience we showed and refusing to be beaten when it got tough. It’s great to get off the mark for the season, but we all recognise there is still a lot of hard work to do. This Sunday we travel to Harlow for hopefully another three points! ■
Firstly, I would like to wish Mark and the lads the very best of luck for today’s fixture. A repeat of last weekend would be perfect! After the fantastic 3-0 win for the Men’s team on Saturday, which the Women’s team attended to support, we wanted to follow that up with a win on Sunday. The players have been working harder than ever this week after the disappointing 1-0 defeat on the opening day, where despite the result we all saw the positives from our last performance. Our 2-1 win on Sunday - to make it a perfect weekend for the club - was a real battle at times, but I know the players have the versatility to win in a variety of ways. After taking the lead from a fantastic run and finish by Ruth Fox, we controlled the game from a defensive perspective and felt comfortable going in to half-time leading 1-0. However, to then concede within 30 seconds of kick off was obviously a massive blow, but credit to the players who stayed in the game www.cambridge-united.co.uk

A BIG SEASON IN STORE VISIT THE NEW CAMBRIDGE UNITED STORE AT GRAND ARCADE
CAMBRIDGE CITY CENTRE, CB2 3BJ | GRANDARCADE.CO.UK |
View from the Press Box Doug Shulman Last Saturday proved a landmark day for the U’s as they deservedly recorded a first league win of the season and their first in the third tier since a 2-1 victory against Tranmere in April 2002. The crowd at the Abbey will have enjoyed every aspect of a match in which Mark Bonner’s men dominated for long spells, played some super football and, importantly, displayed the work rate and endeavour that supporters will always applaud. The day also marked a 50th league game in charge for Mark, since being appointed permanent Head Coach in March 2020. Twenty-five victories in that half century give him a current win rate of 50% which I think most bosses, at any level, would be proud of. If that upward curve continues, then here’s to the next 50! Tuesday saw another large following of U’s fans at Millwall and, as with Plymouth, their support seemed to drown out the home crowd at times. Despite defeat, they clearly enjoyed George Williams’ first goal for the club, which came in his inaugural game as Captain. United’s no.2 is fast becoming a fans favourite. Away from the Abbey and League One, the Premier League campaign is now well under way. The emergence midway through last season of plans for a European Super League was one that I found particularly unsavoury and, I’ll be honest, stopped me watching top flight football for a while. Nevertheless, the collective stand made by those outside the ‘big six’ as well players, staff and supporters groups from all 20 clubs, was brilliant to see. With those fans having returned to stadiums, the Premier League has a refreshing and exciting feel to it. Tweaks to the circus that was VAR has also helped the game. I’ve always said that the issues were not the
actual VAR system; more the way it was used. Doing away with the line-drawing process and attackers now being given the advantage when marginal situations are unclear, will also assist in swifter decision making; all of which will improve the game as a spectacle. Likewise, limiting fouls called and penalties previously awarded for ‘soft’ offences. I think we are all now enjoying our Premier League fix on a Sunday afternoon, just that little bit more. ■ www.cambridge-united.co.uk

Giving Football Back to Small Business At eBay, we know small business and football clubs used to be like chips and gravy, two peas in a pod – a match made in community heaven. Ironmongers, ship workers, spring makers and cobblers, all formed clubs which decades later are still prospering. But nowadays, you’d think it was all eyewatering transfers, Super Leagues and mega sponsors, detached from the humble origins of our historic clubs.
That’s why eBay are proud to support 300,000 small businesses who help power EFL clubs nationwide. We’ll be donating our advertising space to a lot of these businesses – on match day hoardings, around grounds and beyond – throughout the coming season, to ensure they can continue to thrive in our local communities. So, join us in giving your support to Small Business Power, because today, they need us more than ever.

“Inclusion is not a matter of political correctness. It is the key to growth” Jesse Jackson John Gallagher has very kindly offered his two season tickets for use by deserving applicants on a match-by-match basis while he is in the United States. Applications should come directly to me at acstephen@hotmail.com. We are working closely with the Community Trust to help as many fans as possible who may, for one reason or another, find it difficult to watch games at the Abbey. We have struggled so far to fill a designated area in Block F for Dementia sufferers and their carers. There are twenty seats available but so far we haven’t found any takers. Maybe we will have to try again next season and advertise the scheme in advance? We are in the early stages of organising an audit or survey of our fans to see how well we are meeting their needs in the stadium. We are not sure exactly what form this audit will take but we believe that it is a vital step. If we don’t have an accurate picture of the needs of our fans, we can’t know whether they are being met. If you have any suggestions about how best to do this, please let us know. Equally, if you know of anyone whose lack of mobility,

independence, disability, gender or cultural needs are not being adequately catered for, tell us about it. Our lovely old Abbey Stadium wasn’t designed or built to meet the needs of today’s crowds and there may be limits to what can be done but we must try. Eventually, we will have a new ground but we will need to know what design changes should be considered. We should celebrate another ground-breaking visit to Cambridge Mosque in conjunction with the club and the Community Trust. I am certain that this is a relationship that will bear heavy fruit over the years. The Amber Belles group has provided a real forum for our female fans who are meeting up with their counterparts from Lincoln before that match. Away Travel, now in the hands of CFU have been doing a great job, despite some recent difficulties. Much has been said about this incident, based on pure speculation. The response of the club and CFU has been entirely appropriate to the real facts and circumstances. Finally, the appearance of the one city, one shirt poster shows our commitment to Equality and Diversity. It is a long and demanding road but we are on it. Up the U’s! ■
