Two years back I went to Dzükou Valley in Nagaland, India. It's a 4-5 hrs hike from Zakhama which is 20 km away from Kohima (the capital of Nagaland). The upward climb is the most strenuous part, but once you reach the valley, you will be mesmerized by its beauty.

You have to again hike for around 5 km through the valley to reach the base camp. I recommend spending the night there and exploring the valley the next day before returning back.

You can witness the Dzükou Lily in July, but the best time to visit is from May to June and from September to October. 
