What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

Our current biggest challenge is reviving our occupancies after the Covid – 19, We are following a solid recovery plan, we are constantly updating packages and offers to ensure keeping up with the ongoing changes in booking and pricing due to the increased competition which has lowered hotel prices in Bahrain.

What makes the hotel really special?

Elite Resort & Spa is a breathtaking property with its prime location overlooking the sea, all our suites have different categories and types, and all are sea views, but what really makes us special as Elite is our Customer Service. It’s Our wonderful team that makes our hotel special. The warm welcome, the lovely smile, and the genuine care for every guest’s wish. Our team extra efforts in attention to details from check-in to the room service, F & B teams at our outlets.

How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in demand in future?

Our plan and strategy are updated month-tomonth and even week to week, our sales and marketing plan is progressively following travel demands, we look at every segment and we treat every market feeder based on its needs. We ensure maintaining a healthy distribution

mix, and proper planning to encourage bookings through the direct website to maximize profitability.

How do you expect the association with Haute Grandeur will benefit your brand in the medium/ long run?

The Haute Grandeur opportunity to us is to be recognized on a global scale which will increase potential hotel bookings. It will also be a wonderful feature for all our current clients and customers, and it will create a great branding exposure which will be great value in our Elite Portfolio.
