What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

The Hospitality industry is the most challenging line of business in the world considering the global changes after Covid19. We all know that hotels have fixed costs and considering the fluctuations in occupancy and room-rate demands, we still manage to maintain the highest standard of services to all our Elite guests to meet their expectations.

What makes the hotel really special?

It all starts with a great warm welcome by our dedicated team. Our friendly team delivers every service with a smile, the attention to detail to every guest from checking in, to room service, F & B team, business team to concierge team. Our dedicated staff ensures to provide the most amazing services for each Elite guest.

How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in-demand in future?

Opportunities to look towards the future will abound. The convergence of sustainability and hygiene will be a potential area of innovation and change. Sustainability was also a pressing topic in the hospitality industry before the pandemic, and it will most likely come back following the reopening of borders and travels. That being said, we will realign our hotel to deal

with the current needs and desires of the guests/ consumers. We will increase the value of our property by providing special rates and packages, investing in guest services and staff training, and we will add in-demand amenities.

How do you expect the association with Haute Grandeur will benefit your brand in the medium/ long run?

Haute Grandeur Global Awards is beneficial to us in terms of its ability to boost marketing and to have a direct impact on guests’ perception and revenue. It could give us the much-needed inspiration that each guest is looking for by identifying role model hotel properties across all countries to further raise the current level of service delivery to even greater heights.
