Pink Pearl at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay
Step into a lavish restored beachfront mansion, splendid architecture and top-notch French culinary art where Pink Pearl restaurant of JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa has given birth to an upscale luxurious culinary on Phu Quoc Island.
Designed by talented architect Bill Bensley with great enthusiasm, attention to detail and based on a fantasy story of the bogus legend of Madame Pearl Collins, a famous woman who lived at the ancient fictional Lamarck University. The restaurant evokes the feel of a luxurious pink mansion, home to lavish dinner parties and celebrations in the Gatsby style of the 1920s, while embodying the warm, hospitable, generous, and classy spirit of Madam Pearl. Opened in 2018, the restaurant comprises 36 seats in the high-ceiling main dining hall, five private rooms and an intimate winetasting room, each with a capacity to host between 08 - 10 guests. Guests may also opt to dine alfresco in the outdoor garden set against a backdrop of the lush tropical foliage, expansive coastline, and aquamarine waters surrounding the property.
