What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

Morocco has become a touristic destination thanks to the notoriety of major touristic cities such as Marrakech, Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir... In order to expand the Kingdom’s tourism offer, Kerzner as a globally renowned luxury hospitality group known for being a pioneer in developing destinations, providing the ultimate in quality, has chosen the destination of El Jadida, unknown to national and international tourists, to develop one of the largest Resorts in Morocco: Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort.

Since its opening, the resort has been providing considerable marketing efforts to put the destination on the map as a touristic one locally and abroad.

What makes the hotel really special?

Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is a unique destination spread across 250 ha domain nestled between 7 km of beach and luscious forest. The offer at the resort is diversified and presents its guests with utmost sophistication and authenticity, privacy and friendliness, gorgeous architecture and preserved natural environment, extensive buffets and à la carte service, local and international cuisine, sports and leisure…. How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in-demand in future?

Our strategy is to focus more on guest’s emotional experience and to optimize daily operations by focusing on the essential, which is guest satisfaction. Digitalization has been developed in the resort while maintaining direct, personalized contact with our hosts. The convergence of sustainability and hygiene is an area that we have been focusing on since the opening of the Resort in 2009. Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort has been a pioneer in this field in Morocco with the implementation of the water treatment plant “STEP” and we continuously work in this direction. Our Resort has been awarded for the 4th consecutive year “Earth Check”.

Held in a ship design, the hotel offers you the feeling of being on board an enormous ship, a modern ocean yacht or being in Venice.

The VICTORY is anchored in the palm lagoon of the turquoise, glittering wave pool of the THERME ERDING, where you can enjoy the summer feeling 365 days a year.

As an overnight guest of our hotel, you benefit from a direct spa access via the lobby to the wave pool. Early morning swimming is also available exclusively for hotel guests. (Monday - Friday from 08:30 o’clock onwards in the wave pool)

You start your day with our rich breakfast buffet in the Hafen Restaurant. In the evening, after a relaxing holiday day in the THERME ERDING, you can embark on a culinary world tour in the Empire Restaurant.

And with a view of the waves, a fruity cocktail from the Kaleidoscope Bar is the perfect end to a relaxing day!
