What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?

There are many significant challenges at the moment. I would say the biggest challenge is the Price War. Many hotels created very low room rates, to get more bookings and of course most of the time they undercut our room rates. But we adhere to the principle “Quality goes hand in hand with price”. We do not focus on creating a very low price. But we are focusing on keeping our standard of service together with a reasonable price. And the guests will ensure that our hotel is value for money.

What makes the hotel really special?

I’m very proud to say that “What makes our hotel special is our excellent service” We focus on every aspect of service. Guests staying at our hotel are treated like royalty. We will definitely make sure we deliver high service standards so that our guests could have a wonderful stay & make great memories at Bo Phut Resort & Spa, Koh Samui

How do you prepare now to remain relevant and in-demand in future?

Our good service makes us being a leader in the hotel industry. We have a lot of regular guests. For example, a couple of our regular guests, they are our returning guests for 17 times, they stayed with us since the first year the hotel opened, and they come back to stay with us every year. This is proof that guests are impressed with our excellent service which makes them want to stay with us every year.
