What is your property’s current biggest challenge & how do you manage this challenge in a highly competitive industry?
Keeping guests and team members engaged as we continually focus on creating and enhancing their experiences with us. It is our ongoing goal to come up with creative and innovative approaches to situations that ensure we are able to have a fun and beautiful environment to be working in. We undergo constant training and are always developing initiatives that allow our team to embrace empowering themselves in order to confidently assist the guests in having a truly special holiday that they won’t forget.

Karma Beach accessed by inclinator is truly magical with its white sand, turquoise waters and incredible sunset views. It’s completely self contained and guests are able to wine, dine and relax at the Le Club 22, Phoenix and Tiki Bars, as well as the beach restaurant. And our elevated Karma Spa also features a specially designed healing room perched in a cliff side cave with dramatic views and sounds of the ocean from below.
