With each passing year, Baptist Health Foundation has an even greater opportunity to play a key role in Baptist Health’s future growth. Through your generosity and vision, we can keep making an impact and ensure that Baptist Health continues to be the preeminent provider of outstanding, compassionate care in the communities we serve, as well as a national leader in healthcare innovation.
As we look back at the Foundation’s achievements and successes from this past year, many of which you will read about in the pages ahead, we wish to extend a special thank you for your commitment to our mission. This annual report celebrates the $49 million raised in support of current and future healthcare needs and the more than $16.5 million disbursed to our hospitals, institutes and programs, providing them with the support required to reach new heights in patient care, treatment, clinical education, research and development.
From establishing an Innovation Fellowship program at Baptist Health Innovations (p. 11) and funding 85 clinical trials at Miami Cancer Institute and Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute (p. 6), to uniting in support of our healthcare heroes through our virtual Pineapple Pajama Gala (p. 16) and providing more than 2,000 parents with a Halo SleepSack® for their newborn infants (p. 6), your generosity was at the heart of it all.
Through your trust and support, Baptist Health Foundation has remained steadfast in our drive to create lasting impact through generosity. We hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve and are grateful for all you have done and continue to do to help us achieve this goal.
