Bill founded DFWS in 1981 with the vision of running a family-owned company that would import and market fine wines from family-owned producers around the world. The company has now expanded into the Spirits Category with a portfolio of ultra-premium whiskey, Gin and premium vodka brands. Bill was named Chevalier in 1986 by the French Government, promoted to Officier in 1992, and on to Commandeur of the Ordre National du Mérite Agricole in 2011. Complete the required SymCheck™ QR code health screening on the same day prior to arriving at your SOBEWFF® event(s). Attendees will be required to attest to either a negative COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours prior to the event or completed vaccination. Anyone presenting symptoms on arrival will be denied entry.

CAPACITIES: will be modified at many events and venues. All capacities will be venue driven and will comply with host hotel, restaurant or venue capacities following local guidelines. Venues will include an increased amount of dedicated guest seating areas.

ARRIVAL: Registration and check-in at all event venues will be as contactless as possible. Digital ticket scanning will be utilized at all events.

MASK USAGE: Proper mask usage will be strongly encouraged and will comply with local rules and regulations. The Festival will provide disposable masks upon request.

LIMITED PERSONAL CONTACT: Responsible social distancing will be encouraged to avoid close contact with others not in the same group. Physical interaction with Festival participating chefs/host talent will be prohibited.
