How did you get your start in the real esate industry? Dylan Fader: I started like most when I bought my first home at 24. I grew up with a father who built custom homes but never fell in love with real estate till I had one of my own. After building a portfolio of rental properties many of my friends and family began asking me to aid them on their house hunting journey. Naturally becoming an agent was the next step.
