Bayou City Art Festival RETURNS TO HOUSTON for 50th Year

ouston is Texas’ biggest single city, a massive sprawl of land that stretches down to Galveston Bay. It is a busy city with a lot to do and see, with a unique culture that attracts many visitors. The Bayou City Art Festival is a longstanding Houston event that will celebrate its 50th year when it returns this March. The festival will take place from March 25th-27th at Memorial Park. The Art Colony Association puts on the event to highlight the work of diverse and rising artists in the Houston area and from around the country. It is also an event that generates significant funds for charity. The Bayou City Art Festival has generated over $4 million for local charities in its 50 years of existence and is dedicated to the cause of expanding access to art education.
