Philadelphia has long been a haven for artists, boasting some of the country’s most renowned museums and art events. At the end of every summer, the City of Brotherly Love hosts the Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show. Running strong for 96 years, this event attracts tens of thousands of art enthusiasts to one of the city’s most appealing neighborhoods for a historic showcase.

Artists need to submit their work through a juried selection process to become eligible for showcasing at the exhibition. Entrants can make submissions in any of the seven categories, which include Drawing & Pastel, Mixed Media, Oil & Acrylic, Printmaking, Watercolor, Sculpture, and Student Art. Organizers have named this year’s gallery of artists, and many talented individuals from the Philadelphia area and beyond will attend the event.

The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show will bring more than 140 artists to Philadelphia, where they will exhibit their work in a juried competition. Their artwork will adorn the park’s perimeter, while student artists will have booths in the center. It creates a pleasant atmosphere where art lovers can take a leisurely stroll in
