H A V E R I N G ESTATE REGENERATION WORKING HOURS • Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm • Saturdays: 8am – 1pm • No working Sundays or Bank Holidays Staff may begin to arrive on site before these times and leave afterwards depending on the days activity, however no noisy works will take place outside of these hours. Staff arrival may be staggered due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Overall scope of works consist demolition and clearance of all structures highlighted within red line boundary.
Demolition Methods High Reach
Demolition will be progressive to each wing of the structure, floor by Thefloor.structure gaining its stability from the central core. The larger of the two wings demolished initially followed by the smaller side, with the core reduced at this time. Lower level works facilitated by conventional demolition excavators.
High Reach excavator will facilitate demolition as illustrated, with safety exclusion zones in place. High level dust suppression will be provided from high reach excavator and supporting MEWP.
Demolition Methods Traditionally Rigged Excavators • Traditional excavators (5-85 tonne) are adapted for demolition purposes • Specialist demolition attachments used to break, crush and cut elements of the building
Environmental Dust Suppression • An integral element of demolition is the control of dust arisings throughout the demolition process. • There are numerous methods of dust suppression, which include –• Fire Hose • Fire Engines • Moto Fog Dust Suppression Units • Dust Boss’ • Jets equipped to arms of High Reach
The Site houses 3no Live Noise, Dust and Vibration Monitoring units across the site, which will help us to ensure that our works are carried out in strict accordance with these guidelines
