This has now been done since our meeting.
Havering Council’s Surveyor has now completed the assessment.
A copy of the rights to Light assessment have now been completed and a copy sent to the residents surveyor
We’ll be in contact with residents soon to agree a convenient date and time to replace rear garden fences.
When are the trees being planted?
The trees have started to be planted.
Species include Common Hawthorn, Birch and Common Oak.
Will you do any more window cleaning?
We said we would do one final window clean once the building work was finished, but due to the fences being changed and the trees being planted, Paul Dwyer has rescheduled.
This is now likely to take place in January 2024.
