LOCAL RESIDENT LETTER

November 2023

Thanks to those of you that could make the meeting on Tuesday 19 September and apologies for the delay in sending this update to you. Please see update below on the discussions. When will the obscured glass to the rear of the building be installed?

This has now been done since our meeting.

Havering Council’s Surveyor has now completed the assessment.

A copy of the rights to Light assessment have now been completed and a copy sent to the residents surveyor

We’ll be in contact with residents soon to agree a convenient date and time to replace rear garden fences.

When are the trees being planted?

The trees have started to be planted.

Species include Common Hawthorn, Birch and Common Oak.

Will you do any more window cleaning?

We said we would do one final window clean once the building work was finished, but due to the fences being changed and the trees being planted, Paul Dwyer has rescheduled.

This is now likely to take place in January 2024.

When will the Park Rise homes be completed?

We anticipate that blocks A, C and E will be handed over to the Housing Team in November 2023 and Blocks B and D will be handed over in January/February 2024.

Block E is the block that faces Bethany Close.

Can we see the show flats?

If you were unable to attend the drop in on 19th September and would like to view the scheme, please let us know and we will be able to arrange this for you.
