2016年北京市政府發起的拆墻補洞整治政策。2017年4月，云竺甜品店面門洞被補上。 2016, Beijing Goverment anouced the policy ‘A Cleanup of Holes in the Wall’. 2017 Apirl, the entrance for dessert shop was recovered.

Commerical Library, 80 Collins St Space in between the buildings practice. The open plaza was turned into a semi open area, by having an additional floating building.
東立面 - 為了保留原有功能的使用權，將外來的圖書館以上蓋形式加入，地面則變成半露天的廣場 east elevation - in oder to maintain the original function, the library was introduced on top of the plaza, as an extra rooftop to redefine the plaza.
