• Duplicate background layer, displace new layer towards the lower right corner. • Set new layer to multiply, adjust RGB & Blue curves to match original layer. • Effects > Colour Correction > Tint. • Using the position key frames, move this layer slightly to create a contrasting movement to the original layer.

• Use keylight to key out the green screen background. • Screen Matte > Clip Black and White to create a clear silhouette. • Slightly soften screen matte to blend more with background.


• Effects > Colour Correction > Tint. • Effects > Colour Correction > Curves to create a high contrast monochrome image.

• Set Background layer to Alpha layer, creating double exposure.


• Duplicate green screen layer, Keylight > Screen Matte > Soften, and Keylight > Screen Matte > Shrink/Grow. • Draw rough shape around head with pen tool, Effects > Fast Blur. • Creates layer which will become edge blur.

• Adjust Hue/Saturation where edge blur layer has revealed areas of the original footage. • Effects > Colour Correction > Levels to adjust contrast to create a clean image.


• Create new solid layer, set layer type to "Add" to blend with footage.

• Create vignette using shape masks (outlined in previous blog post) • Add 'Dust' and 'Lens Flare' footage from tutorial package
