A Note on our Venues

We are blessed in Todmorden with incredible acoustic spaces and we try to make the most of them! Setting the Folk Festival at the heart of our town is very important to us and we love the mutual support we get from the local businesses. Todmorden has a great sense of community and by visiting you are an important boost to the local economy. The pubs, cafes and restaurants that support us all serve great food and drink and once again we have been sponsored by Little Valley Brewery, so you will find their beers on draught in most of the venues over the weekend as well as a selection of wines, ciders and soft drinks. We use real glass, rather than plastic, wherever possible in our venues and we recycle all bottles. We also cater at both main venues on the Friday night, all day Saturday at Tod College and Saturday evening at the Unitarian church. We source our food as locally as possible, supporting many Todmorden businesses. We cater for all dietary needs including Glutenfree and Vegan and if you can’t see something on the menu that suits we are good at being creative … just ask! All our venues are hosted by volunteer stewards who will aspire to help you make the most of your folk festival!
