THE RESIDENCE

Aim is to design a residence for a family incorporating their functions and requirements with the active combinations of aesthetics and space.

The design represents the quality of the spatial aspects and the ventilation characters.

THE KINDERGARTEN

The design facilitates children providing a safe, open space to make transition from the home to school. Specific indoor and out door play areas are provided for children to develop through play and interaction.

THE DESIGN SOLUTION

The encomposes classes for PRE KG, LKG and UKG with 3 sections each.

Each divisions comprising of 25 students, ie; 75 students for leach class.

The design smoothens the educational and interaction purposes.

Provision of Multi coloured detailings inorder to help children learn more colour concepts, ideas, develop basic addition and subtraction skills by recognizing and creating basic patterns.

Boundless landscape has been provided with lot of play areas and gathering spaces for developing social coordination.

MASTER PLAN

THE APARTMENT

The apartment design project is to provide a housing for the members of a trust. The whole build form is designed as per the climate responses and by ensuring thermal comfort by the provision of more ventilated spaces among each units.

The whole structure consists of 80 apartments, 8 units on each floor. The ground level consist of a stilt floor inorder to accomodate car parking, Entrance lobby and lift lobby.

Evolution of the form starts from the basic cubical shape

COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE

The aim is to design an architecture college which accomodates B.Arch and M.Arch zones. 10 B.Arch and 4 M.Arch studios and lecture halls respectively.

Architecture college is designed in order to improve the quality and standards of education.

The design depicts the quality of each spaces through the central courtyard and the passages sorrounding it
