ABOUT THE STONEGATE HOMES PARADE HOUSE DESIGN . . .

“There are lots of unique and exciting features in this home, including its grand foyer, double-height living space, and personal dog wash station. However, the primary sitting room is a favorite of mine. Situated at the rear of the plan with wall to wall windows, this room allows for an impeccable view and natural light to flood its interior. I can only imagine having my morning coffee while enjoying this cozy and inviting space. One of the most unique features in the home is the series of groin vaults in the main hall. While groin vaults typically show up in more traditional architecture, they also blend beautifully with a more contemporary aesthetic making them a perfect detail for this home.” -
