Char Grilled New York steak with Veggie Mash, Rosemary sauce and Crumbed Mushrooms (Serves 10) Ingredients 10 x 220g Sirloin steaks 100ml Oil, Corn 100g Knorr Steak & Chops Seasoning 384g Pfanni Mashed Potato 1000ml Milk for mash 1000ml Water for mash 200g Knorr Veggie Seasoning 80g Knorr Demi Glace 1000ml Water for gravy 20g Mise en Place Rosemary pesto J 3ODLQ ÀRXU 5 eggs Lightly beaten 200g Breadcrumbs 600g Med button mushrooms Method Place the milk and water into a large pot and bring to a simmer, remove from the heat and whisk in the Pfanni Mash Potato until mixed in well, add the Knorr Veggie Seasoning.

In another pot place the water and Knorr Demi Glace mix place onto the heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously until it becomes thick, add the Mise en Place Rosemary Pesto and black pepper to taste.

Pour the oil onto the steaks and season with Knorr Steak & Chops Seasoning.

Cook the steaks on a hot char grill cooking both sides until the desired cooking level is reached and you have char grill lines on both sides of the steak.

Place onto a plate and portion of mash, place the steak on top and pour over the rosemary sauce. Serve with golden fried mushrooms.

Mushrooms Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk 3ODFH WKH ÀRXU DQG EUHDG FUXPEV LQWR separate bowls.
