Welcome to The Hive, Tatnall Lower School’s Literary and Art Magazine! This is our first edition, and it has a spooky fall theme. We are happy to showcase art from grades 1 through 5, as well as poems and comic strips. Most of the work has been done during our students’ free time, at home or in school. Some of the poems were written by Mrs. Colasante's Poetry Club students. We appreciate the ghouls who submitted art, the goblins who wrote poems, and the vampires who created comics. Everyone did a boooooootiful job!
Once there was a family, the Kiplies. Linda was the mother, David was the father, and they had three kids, Bella, Billie, and Shaun. Bella was 12. Billie was 10, and Shaun was 9. The Kiplie kids were watching TV when they heard a BANG! Billie vanished. Then two hours later, they heard another BANG! Bella vanished. Shaun was on the left, beside his mother and father. Shaun heard a BANG, BANG!. When he ran upstairs, he finally he heard BANG! BANG! BANG! He turned and saw the Bang Bang Monster!
