Identity & Experiences Identity markers and experiences shape us.
The Refiners Those who have seen it done well. A path has been previously made They know the path They seek to refine and improve the path Skilled and experienced May be hesitant to change or new ideas
The Drivers Those who have seen it done poorly They have experienced a poor model or example They are driven to succeed despite their obstacles They desire to provide a better path for those who follow Highly motivated and open to feedback Need modeling and support with best practices
The Innovators Those who have not seen it Neither drawing from positive nor negative experience Motivated by the imagined potential Identifies a need based on ingenuity Creative and solutions-oriented May struggle with set structures
