Andalucía es la tercera región que más sube el precio de la vivienda

• El precio del alquiler en la región sube un 3,67% frente al año pasado.

La vivienda de segunda mano en Andalucía en enero de 2023, interanualmente, consiguió una subida del 8,09%, la tercera más relevante del país.

Andalucía fue la octava autonomía más cara de España, por detrás de Baleares. En cuanto a la vivienda de segunda mano en España, en enero de 2023 registró un precio medio en descenso mensual del -0,14%. Sin embargo, de un año a otro, la cifra registrada marcó una subida del 5,21%.

En cuanto a las capitales andaluzas, Málaga (1,75%) fue la octava que más subió del país, mientras que Huelva (-1,67%) fue la sexta capital española que más se devaluó. Frente al pa- sado año, Málaga (13,04%) fue la quinta capital española que más subió

Alquileres al alza

Según el portal especializado Pisos, el tipo de alquiler en Andalucía en enero de 2023 tuvo un precio medio en bajada -0,52%, el recorte más leve de España. Respecto a enero de 2022, creció un 3,67%.

Andalucía fue la octava autonomía con la mensualidad más cara para los inquilinos, por detrás de Baleares. Por su parte, el piso de alquiler en España tuvo en enero el preció cayó un -0,76% mensual. Respecto a enero de 2022, el incremento fue del 3,38%.

Rent on the rise

According to the specialised website Piso, the average rent in Andalusia in January 2023 had an average price drop of -0.52%, the smallest drop in Spain. Compared to January 2022, it increased by 3.67%.

Andalusia was the eighth most expensive autonomous community for monthly rent for tenants, behind the Balearic Islands. In turn, flat rental in Spain had a monthly price drop of -0.76% in January. Compared to January 2022, the rise was 3.38%.
