Star Design Pro Web V3 update Notice to all users: We just recently finished a major update on the design program. Along with this update come a few growing pains. In order for these changes to be updated on your computer you will need to clear your browsing history/cache.
**REMINDER** When doing this it may clear out saved passwords that you may have that auto fill in your computer. If you do not have these written down, now is the time to do so. You can choose not to select “Passwords” in the clearing process, see selections below. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best Design pro experience. Below is how to clear your Google Chrome history/cache.
Step 1. Using Google Chrome navigate to www.sdpweb.net and the login page will appear.
Step 2. Click on the 3 bars in the upper right hand corner of the web page. This is to Customize and control Google Chrome. Then choose History from the menu.
Step 3. Choose History from the menu.
Step 4. Select all boxes as shown. If you have auto filled passwords you can de-select the “Passwords” box. After making your selections click on Clear browsing data.
Step 5. After clearing the data, Select the “X” on the settings tab to close this tab.
Your same Usernames and passwords are used and you are now ready to log in and design with the new SDP Web V4 design program. For more information ask you sales associate for SDP Web V3 , Tips-Tricks and Videos.
