Overcoming Covid19 Supply Chain Disruptions 1. Supply chain disruptions has been underscored by the pandemic global outbreak of Covid19. 2. The correlation between global trade and supply chain has intensified. This more so for Landlocked Developing Countries such as Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and Sub Saharan Africa Least Developed Countries namely Burkina Faso and Mali. 3. Pre Covid19 supply chain costs for landlocked developing countries account upto 50% of total cost of goods sold or imported. 4. Inadvertently, Shipping Lines and Road Transport are hemorrhaging – and yet to sight the end of this abyss. 5. This will in turn cause the supply chain costs to rise and lengthen already long lead times. 6. Online declarations and processing account for less then 3% of total two way TEU Freight. 7.
