Walk Until Sunrise is the astounding—and in the end, heartening—coming-of-age story of a fifteen-year-old runaway girl. Her arduous, often dangerous trek is at times almost magical. The book is captivating, a thriller, and shows many human emotions. It would serve well as assigned reading in a sociology class or social work class to teach about the human experience and lack of support systems (family, school, police, etc.). Jade J.
